First things I noticed about this dairy queen compared to most was that it was really clean and organized. The lady at the counter, I assume was the manager was super friendly! We entered and immediately received warm greetings and great customer service. Upon receiving our ice cream she asked how we liked it, it was really good!

Fries are never fresh!!! I go to dq for a specific dinner here and there and only have had one fresh cup of fries once out of maybe 5 times. I pay for fresh fries, not warmed up fries. Other than that, employees are great, great service!

I Love DQ. Not here! I have gone there 3 times and sat at the order menu. They twice told me please wait and never came back. I drove up to the window 2 guys were talking and there was a lady and a small boy there. I just drove off and won’t be trying it again.

Waited for what Seamed like a eternity while every employee (three) looked but didn’t acknowledge us. One continued to talk on phone, one poured herself a drink and went into back and the other took the entire time to slice a piece of banana. Slow to say the least, but a simple hello and I’ll be right with you could have made it all the better. Customer service went out the window with this place. Wouldn’t bother, I’d recommend to keep driving.

My parents were Never greeted or acknowledged. Customer service was atrocious. If it weren’t for the well known food, my parents wouldn’t go. Small towns are supposed to have friendly people, the workers a high school boy and a little older female, aren’t friendly and don’t like their jobs. So WHY are they there? Poor representation of their community.

The food is good, but incredibly slow service and constantly having issues. One day the ice cream is not working. Two days later the soda machine. The lemonade tastes like crap because they mix the concentrate as you order and thwy put the concentrate in the bottom of the cup so it doesn’t all mix in. Nasty.

Waited in drive thru for 20min with no movement. Asked guy ahead of us, and he never had his order taken yet.. perhaps they had forgotten they had a drive thru. Went inside and waited another 10min. While workers hollered around asking customers who order what and to the workers as to what kind the ice cream was. Left.

13 min so far in drive thru . That’s with me sitting at the window . Ordering ice cream . Not meals . Been brought chicken strips and a chocolate subdae so far, neither of those were ours . This place is a joke. Will never waste my time in this joke again . Ice cream was running down sides of containers and we weren’t given napkins . Total waste of time

Always VERY slow service……You better have extra time if you plan on stopping here. People that rate this place anything higher than a “1” must have had an extremely freak, quicker than normal experience. Food is good but the service gives a bad taste for the franchise name.
