The amount of time waited in line for the time of day was minor compared to my order. The guy at the window was more worried about asking us for a cigarette than making sure our order was correct. Was given the wrong blizzard, the dilly bar was melting already, my basket was missing the fries, the soda was gross because they need to change the syrup, and my burger was barely warm and had a ridiculous amount of BBQ sauce on it and was squeezed all over. Good thing I didn’t give the guy a cigarette because it was not deserved

I’ve worked fast food before and I know things happen but I’ve hit my limit with this joint. 9 out of 10 times that I’ve come here, there’s been some issue. This evening was no different. I ordered a large pineapple sundae After paying I waited and waited and waited. It was rather busy but after standing there for 1/2 an hour (unfortunately I’m not exaggerating) and seeing several people who ordered way after me get their food and leave, the guy who took my order looked at me and walked over to the screen where the orders are shown and pointed up at them to the girl working in front of them. I’m not sure how you can miss an order for a single item that has been up there for 1/2 an hour but apparently she did. To add insult to injury she then hands over a small sundae with about 1/8 of a cup of pineapple. I ordered a large pineapple sundae. If I had wanted a small cup of vanilla ice cream I would have ordered it. In the end, the take out order I had sitting in my car that I had picked up for my coworker prior to stopping at DQ was cold, soggy and I was late to work. I wouldn’t complain if it was a once or twice occurrence but like I said, it’s nearly every time and I’ve officially had it with this place.

Absolutely horrible, I would never recommend anyone to eat there, I wouldn’t even give them a one star rating but I can not go any lower with the rating, I had to wait in the drive through for a very long time, and after waiting in line that long I did not receive all of the food I ordered, and I ordered a chilli cheese dog which then came with no cheese and the bun was so soggy that the hot dog fell threw it, almost like it had been sitting there for hours. We then went back to try and correct the order and they gave us the same disgusting chilli cheese dog that they gave us before just with cheese on it this time, the chilli cheese dog was about to fall out of the bottom of the box from how soggy the box was. I will never be back.

Was on the phone with my best friend and she went thru the drive thru half n hour to 45 minutes ago and sat there for 20 minutes tops. By the time she got her blizzard, it was soupy like it sat for awhile. They made her go back to prove a point when she was half way home. When she went back she was rudely spoken to and was told her order was made 20 minutes ago when it wasn’t even 15 minutes from the time she left. Very poor customer service, even by management!

I would give a zero if I could. Went inside dairy queen to place my order. Entire order was wrong. I ordered a hamburger with everything including onions. I got a cheeseburger with 3 pickles. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with onions but got no onions. Ordered a hot fudge sundae with nuts but got no nuts. Called the dairy queen when I got home I was advised they would have to talk to the manager. I can’t believe I didn’t even get a call back. I will no longer be going to dairy queen awful service.

I went through the drive up to get a large twist cone. What I received was a large chocolate cone that the whole bottom half of the cone was soggy and mushy and falling apart before I got one block away from the restaurant. I’m not happy.
