The girl at the register was newer and did great. The rest of the employees were all in the back, yes it was busy and yes the drive thru was also busy, but they were not rushing to help her be more successful at all —not her fault.

Order a small S’mores BLIZZARD and received someone else medium m&m blizzard. How hard is it to check the order on the bag before putting an item in the bag? Reading reviews this is not an uncommon issue.

Got a hot dog last week that was almost impossible to eat. The mustard was cracked it was so dried out, the bun was chewy like a shoe, and the dog was so hot it burned the roof of my mouth and the skin peeled off that night, and was painful for around 3 days. I will check next time before just taking a bite.

Workers dont know the difference between medium and large as there almost always the same size but they still charge you different prices there needs to be a standard size chart for them to go by example photo chocolate Sunday is large and strawberry on is a medium always happens

This is a welcomed new addition to the area. The staff are friendly and the service has been quick even with the large traffic through the drive thru. I love the cookie dough blizzard, and having it just down the road makes it a great place to stop after dinner for a tasty treat. I hope they continue to have success as the seasons go.
