The history of this place have had its ups and downs and lately its been up. The staff are very friendly and the time for order to getting our ice cream is very reasonable. I haven’t had an issue with them not having certain ingredients for quite awhile.

Horrible experience every single time. Girl at the window is awful. She won’t take your order at the drive thru until she is done with the ppl at the window because she can only do one thing at a time. Root beer floats are put in pop cups with lids and no straws or spoons. If you order a cone and food they make the cone right away and leave it melting on the counter while waiting for your food then hand it to you melting and wonder why you ask for a new one. Every time it’s ridiculous but it’s the only place in town so people go there. That’s the only reason. Some adults should work there. If they do I’ve never seen them. The kids aren’t cutting it that’s for sure. Side note….the responses to the comments are generic. Probably aren’t even read.

Service was great. The young man that waited on us was new and having a little trouble with our order, totally my fault, blonde team lead jumped right in to help him … food was hot and delicious … the dining area was very clean … all of the staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful… I will definitely be back

Every single time, my burger is wrong. I just get a flame thrower, no lettuce , Every single time, it has lettuce. Or it’s just something completely different. And it’s NEVER WARM. Last time the burgers were barley room temp and the cheese was actually cold. They must have forgot to microwave it.

Overall was an okay experience, although I was given fries which I didn’t order… But depending on how you look at it that could be a plus . I know the manager is making strides to provide better service here so thank you for that. Medium wait time, decent food, decent desserts, nothing over the top.
