My shake order has never come out correct in the probably 30+ times that my partner and I have been there. Every single time it comes out with the fake, oily, foamy whipped cream that we specifically ask for them to leave off. It has never been a bit enough deal to talk to a manager or complain, but it is a nuisance to dig the whipped cream out of my shake every single time because the employees choose not to follow directions. I am leaving this review because we actually stopped tipping the employees for this reason. I’ll keep going there because it’s the one closest to my home, but for the people reading this: DO NOT expect your shake or malt to come without whipped cream, even if you order it that way a hundred times. It will never, ever be correct.

Meh… Chicken wasn’t as good as I was hoping, but I guess when your bread and butter is the ice cream, you shouldn’t expect too much. The staff there is quick, friendly and have a professional work ethic, so that’s a plus. Just don’t expect too much from their food.

I haven’t been to dairy queen in probably 8 years but today I have to give a specific shout out to whoever was taking orders for dine-in at around 1:45pm today. I had just gotten done with a walk-in dr apt for my 3-year-old for a really bad injury on his chin… and if you’ve ever gone to the Dr with a 3-year-old who’s in pain, bleeding, and “stitches” are a part of the conversation….you get it. So my frazzled brain was trying to order a post-dr visit treat for my toddler and the girl taking our DQ order was all smiles and friendliness. It meant a whole lot to me, that kindness. You never know how simple kindness will put someone at ease and take the edge off their day so I thank you for that blessing today…. and for the much-needed sugar.
