Used their app and ordered Grilled chicken salad and 2 soft Grilled chicken tacos. My order was ready when I got there. When I got home and opened my meal. The Grilled chicken on both tacos and salad were burned. It looked as if they scraped it off the grill and put it on my food. I took pictures of it. I called the store to complain. The young man was apologetic and said they could remake it and I could go back and pick it up. The temperature was 105° still and I didn’t not want to go back out there in the stifling heat. He said I could pick another meal up the next day, which was forecast to be even hotter. He asked if I wanted a refund I said yes, I gave him the order number and for some reason we either couldn’t hear each other or the call would just drop. Finally he told me he didn’t know how to do a refund thru the app and there were no managers there to do it. I told him to take my name and number and call me back to let me know the refund had been initiated. That was 2 weeks ago and there is no credit back to my account and no one has called back to advise me of the status. Oh and the employee said that he did see that someone else had burned the chicken but they’re not allowed to throw the entire batch they prepared away and were instructed to send some out anyway!!!

Worst order ever from any Del Taco restaurant since the 80’s. This tostada was gross. No lettuce and the beans all slapped to one side! I really couldn’t believe it when I opened the box, so I had to take a photo of it. My Del Taco had 3 measly pieces of chopped tomato. Fries were under cooked. My daughters order of three soft tacos with no lettuce came as hard shell tacos with little to no meat or cheese, it was mostly taco shell. WTH. Whoever was working the Prep Station today, needed to be rotated out and moved to dining room clean up or fired all together. They were having a bad day.

The drive through was packed like 6 cards deep so we went inside. We walked in and were immediately greeted and instructed to let them know when we’re ready to order. The dining room was very clean, the restroom was clean. All 3 employees I spoke to were extremely pleasant. We were given our drinks shortly after the order was done. The food was ready within 5 minutes. The food was good, but don’t get me wrong I’m not complaining, but the taco’s had SO much cheese, at least triple the normal fast food taco. I’m sure more training will standardize portions. Only negatives were that the quesadilla was barely melted, and the floor throughout the restaurant was super slippery. OH! It’s July and the music was Christmas songs for the entire 20 minutes we were there.

It was a nice looking del taco, walked in because sauces were not handed to us(were on mobile order), and also to ask about a toy or whatever they do now for the kids meal, but was told they dont do toys or really much for kids meal. Didn’t even get a kids bag it was all shoved into one. Overall, the food was good.

First I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Gonzalo( I’m almost positive I don’t have his name correct) this kid is FABULOUS! I had called before hand to make sure they took EBT as a form of payment and I was told that they did. However after getting there and ordering my food I find out that they in fact do not take EBT and I was kinda standing there looking and feeling stupid until Gonzalo came over and saved the day for me! He literally took money from outta his own pocket and paid for my family’s food today! I honestly couldn’t believe it! He is a really sweet kid and went above and beyond to help me out! This was either a burnt out employee taking their revenge on a customer or simply false advertisement. Couldn’t locate any traces of the “epic beyond fresh guacamole”, the whole burrito tasted like garam masala/ allspice blend, and had a strong aftertaste. More of a chaotic spice accident. Queso loaded nachos were missing sour cream and jalepenos. What a waste!

Waited for 40 mins in drive thru for this “chili cheese fries.” This is not what del taco’s chili cheese fries supposed to be. What we got is about 70% ground beef and cheese and 30% fries and NO CHILI. It’s so hard to eat. We tried to give this place a chance since it just opened but this is our 3rd time here and experience is still as bad as the first. This location needs to be saved by better management.
