The place was very clean, the food was fresh and you can add anything to your burrito bowl which was nice. Theirs free charger stations at each table which was cool as well. Overall the food and service and atmosphere were good and the salsa bar had good salsas to choose from.

Came around opening time for lunch. Was assisted by a bearded gentleman who was very polite and made a great burrito bowl for me. Good portions and the ingredients were nice and fresh. Everything tasted great and the chipotle ranch added extra flavor.

You would think it costs them to fix your bowl. They barely will provide a scoop off meat and give plenty of rice. Mind you that they charge 2.25 for extra meat. Just put enough on the spoon!!! $10 for nothing and expect a tip…not at all! Do better diablos

Bummed with my experience here today. Just went here to pick up an online order and they left off every sauce and side (including the guacamole we paid extra for). Maybe would be better in person, used to love it here!

Just walked in and walked out after watching employee snacking on food in the trays in the serving line. At least she had gloves on and was smart enough to change them when she saw me watching her in shock. Wonder if she would have changed those gloves if I hadn’t been watching, ick!

We stopped in here for lunch on our way home from Atlanta, and it was really really good! My husband had the steak quesadilla and I had a steak burrito. If you’re wondering what kind of resturaunt this is. It’s like a chipotle/ freebirds type place that has your choice of nachos, burrito bowl, burritos, quesadillas and tacos. Then you’d just tell them what you want on/ in it. Would definitely come back to this establishment!

I just left Diablos and I am pretty frustrated with the service. I told the worker that my burrito was finished and said “that burrito is done, now on the next burrito I would like lettuce…” and she put the lettuce on the first burrito. I kindly corrected her and she took “as much of the lettuce off that she could” and then said “Is this burrito done? Ok you could’ve said that so I knew to move on to the next burrito” and I just stayed quiet while she finished. Then I paid for cheese dip and didn’t actually get any. Then when I got home, there was food all over the outside of my burrito foil wrapper from the counter. And the photo bellow shows how much lettuce I had to pick out of my burrito at home. Posting this so the managers might see. Diablos is going downhill. It’s not clean. Service is bad. And the food isn’t even quality anymore.

I loved it! They give you plenty of food & it’s all fresh & the meats are grilled in front of you. Their chips & salsas are great! The bathroom coulda used a wipe down & sweep but everything else was very clean. We got there just before the dinner rush but even those people didn’t wait long at all. We will definitely be back! Alot!
