Been years since I’ve been to any location but stopped at this one on a whim. Food was really good, service awesome and establishment clean. Kudos to the two young men running the place, they checked on me several times to make sure I didn’t need anything. Only hiccup was the ice cream machine was out. Sadly it’s 95F today and I was looking forward to that dessert!!! 5 stars nonetheless for food and service

Always a great experience when I come here!!! Tyler and Jay were amazing today! They both greeted me and were very friendly. The food was very flavorful as always. I’d have to say they are the best bbq in the area. To make the experience even better this place is always clean when I come in!

Closed 2 hours earlier than the advertised time and not only that still turned into the parking lot 20 minutes before the makeshift close time and the worker ran to the door to lock it in front of us. Needless to say we will not be coming back. Can’t wait to see y’all become another empty lot ready to be rented.

Service was terrible, food was insanely overpriced. Menu is deceptive especially the pricing. The guy at the counter was actually annoyed when I asked why 2 $12 plates costs $40. Food was ok but not nearly worth the money. With so many BBQ options around town I’m not sure how they stay open. Also, the drive in speaker was broken

Went back again to eat due to having a great experience, there were two boys playing behind the counter, a young girl who didn’t seem to know what to do. I don’t know where the two ladies are that work there, I think it’s Taylor and Bri, because the evening time is a joke, will not make the mistake of going there at that time again! So disappointing… the girl with the blue hair was great with customer service and the other girl does great with cutting the meat, this time it was mostly fat and greasy fries! Beyond disappointed

I visited this restaurant and everything was GREAT! The establishment was clean, food was delicious but the best part was our server Jaithan! He was so friendly and welcoming! He knew the menu & made recommendations. Hands down the best service I’ve ever had. If you haven’t been go check them out & ask for Jaithan! You won’t be disappointed!

We have been going to this location for several years now. They always had a great special on Sundays for a free kids meal with a larger purchase. Well they stopped doing that and every time we have been recently we have been overcharged in some way. When we ask about it the person working the register has no idea what is going on and claims that is how the system works. They don’t know how to honor any deals you might have in the app as well and the free ice cream is never available because the ice cream machine is always broken. The food is usually decent but it has become way too expensive for us to eat here anymore. Try a different local place, you will get more food for less money and a better experience.

Phenominal customer service! After a few issues with door dash I left a negative review explaining my frustrations. A member of Dickeys reached out to me and we were not only able to resolve the issue, but he went out of his way to make the situation right. I’d be happy to spend money at an establishment who genuinely cares about their public image and more importantly their customers.
