Went here a year ago and it was good – not quite great. This time was much better. The same staff still here, but the friendliness and overall good vibes were great. The cook loves to give out samples (especially the brisket) to entice you to order one. No curb appeal at all or eat in dining – it is a side room to a gas station. But the food is really good.

We were passing through town after house-hunting nearby,and craving good BBQ. The two gentlemen behind the counter were super friendly. Seriously fantastic service. Between the two of us, we had a little of practically everything… pulled pork, brisket, ribs, sausage, and chicken. All of it was excellent! As one of our sides,both of us had a cup of their brisket chili… yum! We came in starving and left stuffed. BONUS: when they saw us saving a few bites for our two little dogs in the car, they added some to our to-go box to give them even more, then offered water for our furkids too. Definitely stop in to eat here and bring your appetite!

My 1st time here at Dickeys BBQ Pit I ordered a Wednesday Special BBQ Pulled Pork Spicey Sausage Sandwich 2 sides Green Beans & Casserole Potatoes cheese and Chives. Was not sure it was gonna be anuff food I found out different Excellent tasting BBQ Sauce Meat cooked to Perfection moist and flavor full all the food was very unexpectedly Awesome..Free Ice Cream and plenty of BBQ Sauce Fresh at soda Machine area lots of extras menu looked really good lots of Food to choose from.
