I ordered Dig for a large event. Dig was great about letting me make adjustments to the order online until 2pm the day before. There is a lower price dig classic for people who want animal protein but this dig classic bowl is much heavier on rice than vegetables and chicken. I requested utensils. While the FAQ online as of March 2023 mentions napkins, there were no napkins with the utensils. I never received a full allergen list. The avocado lentils was delicious. The beet and goat cheese looked less appetizing and wasn’t as chosen but is also very good. Overall ingredients were fresh and the bowls had different textural elements. Note, if you order for catering you don’t receive dig points but this wasn’t listed anywhere on the website.

I have eaten at multiple DIG joints and I really like the bowls- their carrots and veggies are nicely grilled.

Wow! Dig right in! Loved their approach to having a limited menu and be seasonal too. Too many places have ended up giving far too many options and that is something that Dig doesn’t do. Limited choice menu, keeps quality levels high and makes for great food everyday. Was impressed by the food and the decor. Definitely recommending this place to my friends.

This was my first visit to DIG in Harvard Square. I ordered a “build your own” veggie bowl, which comes with one base and three sides. I ordered online and picked up my order to go, only to discover (after leaving) that they left out one of the sides–the sheet-tray carrots–even though it was clearly printed on my order receipt. Very disappointing. On a more positive note, the other ingredients (roasted mushrooms and peas, and tomatoes & cucumbers) were fresh and delicious. I may go back again but next time I’ll double-check the contents of the bowl before leaving.

Food here is always great and so many healthy options! Tend to get take out, but have eaten in inside a couple of times and was always happy. The salmon is always cooked so well and the mac and cheese is a must have.

The vegetables very a bit over burned compared to Boylston st branch. Also, the store was too cold. Price is good at $10.50 for chicken thigh (which unfortunately was not well done and felt raw), mix of kale and brown rice for base, and cauliflower and Mac and cheese for side. I don’t think I’d come back as a customer unfortunately despite loving the original Dig Inn at Boylston st.

Amazing service by the staff. The food was tasty and delish. Perfect place to go to get a post workout meal in after CrossFit. Reminds me of a more classy version of chipotle, but the food tastes more authentic and local. Would highly recommend checking this place out. Staff greets you as soon as you walk in and all happy. They also have an app you can use to order/pick-up & on DoorDash.

My favorite quick serve restaurant option, to grab something real quick and a healthy meal for lunch. Chicken, roasted potatoes, broccoli taste delicious for such kinda places, and I totally recommend this for a simple casual meal.

Came in Thursday afternoon a few weeks ago. It was pretty empty with just two people dining in the small sitting area. I wasn’t greeted. I looked at the menu and decided what I wanted. When I came up to the counter I again wasn’t greeted, actually not a word was spoken to me the entire time. Not much hospitality in it. Wondering why I was even prompted to tip, let alone the options being 18%, 20%, and 22%. I’m picking up the food myself and already paying a premium for quality.

Consistently rude individuals working there, plus they have messed up my order in the past. This is unfortunate, because the food is actually quite good.
