Doc Harper’s has traditional martinis, as well as incomparable specialty Martinis which are infused with fresh juices and flavored liqueurs. They are served “up” but can be served in a rocks glass strained over ice upon request.

Pretty cool place with a great downtown location. The food was good, not too much variety, just apps for the most part. Bartenders were very nice and attentive, but our server made it seem like we were an inconvenience on her evening.

Fast service and reasonably priced drinks. If I lived here I’d probably visit pretty frequently. The atmosphere was pretty good. On first glance I had thought it was a fairly small location, however it’s actually pretty spacious especially when you bring the top floor into account. If I ever find my way out here I’ll have to make this a stop for sure.

A real martini bar in downtown Billings. These are serious drinks with quality ingredients. It’s fun to sit at the bar and watch the action. Check out their system, a row of shakers, strainers and well organized booze and fresh mixers.

The bartenders were awesome. It was my birthday and they made me a cupcake martini that was amazing. All the drinks I tried were very good. The food is acceptable and a step above bar food in my opinion. (Not greasy) The drinks are what this place is about. They also have a very good whisky collection. This would be a good first date / meetup spot.
