My entire order was messed up, looks like they took out an entire chunk of one of my pizzas. Everything was lopsized and pizza cheese stuck to the top of the box. I called and refused to give me a refund. Order literally anywhere else

I ordered online. I ordered wings and a pan pizza with marina sauce. When my pizza came, it was made with Alfredo sauce, not marina sauce. Also, half of the cheese was stuck to the lid and the pizza box was bent in half. When I called to have it fixed, they sent the same order with the Alfredo sauce. Again I called and the guy on the phone hung up on me 3 times, his name was James. Never again, Domino’s, I will be contacting corporate in the morning. Look at the picture of the wrong pizza’s toppings. It was supposed to be beef and mushrooms! Would you feed this monstrosity to your family?

So we went here for a late bite as we were heading back home from the amusement park. We wanted chicken wings since we like the Domino’s ones. I order on the app for pickup. As I sat in the car on the parking lot, I was reading the reviews and was glad we were picking up and not had to go through the nightmare of other people on late delivery. As my husband went to pick up he said it was not such a great visit. The counter person did not give him any dips, cutlery, or even napkins. When he went back he said that they gave him 2 ranch dips. Mind you we had order 4 chicken wing orders, 2 pizzas, and a pasta. When my husband asked for more they gave him skunk eyes and with an attitude dropped 3 ranch dips on the counter. As I am well aware every order you get a side dip of you choosing as you order and if you want extra there is a small extra you pay. As customers we should not have to see attitude when asking for something that we already paid for and we were not asking for anything extra or free . I am sorry for the people of the area that seem to go through this kind of situations often. I hope the manager or owner realize the flaws and try to be better.

It was a horrible experience, the 3 cheesesteak sandwiches that my son order came with 3 little slice of steak meat 3 onions n 3 peppers I couldn’t believe it you couldn’t really see anything it was like eating only bread with flavor, wish i would’ve went back n return n got my money back I can buy bread, steak onions and pepper n make alot of sandwiches for what I paid never again will I buy from domino’s … save ur hard earn money

Haven’t had a delivery person in a while which isn’t their fault but they accept delivery orders and then cancel them without giving you any phone call or notice. Then you call and the manager goes off about politics and the fact that no one wants to work anymore despite the fact that he isn’t doing the basics of his job. Save the frustration and just order from another location for pick up. Would give negative stars if I could

The 5 star is only for the guy whose making our pizza. 2 guy there but the only guy whose working hard and going around. Making pizza, putting inside the oven. Doing everything together. He deserves a good raise. There are 100 orders coming and he is making it on his own. I felt very bad. He is working with passion and with very patience. And the other guy whose talking over the phone and not helping the other guy. Still that kid is not complaining.. James he is a gem.. please give him a million dollar raise because he deserves this. Tonight was third time in a row this location forgot to give us our dipping sauces (which we paid for all three times). Besides being owed a collective total of $8.25 plus tax in product not received, I called the store and gave up after waiting on hold for 3 minutes and 5 seconds. The pizza was good, but the attention to detail at this location leaves much to be desired.

Haven’t been getting Domino’s in a while and decided to give this one a try. Order system said it would be here in 15ish minutes, turns out to be over an hour! Worst is that calling to check order status just left us on hold for about 30 minutes (still hadn’t answered as driver came here). Online system said the pizza was made 45 minutes ago. Yup, that’s what I’d guess based on the luke warm dry pizza. Anywhere but this place! 1) don’t lie about delivery times, 2) answer the phone! (one reviewer said they had the phone ringer turned off in the store)
