Dominoes used to be well managed. Pizzas were well prepared. However, lately who ever is managing and making the pizzas are not up to Dominoes standards. My last 2 consecutive orders were done incorrectly. Missing ingredients. Poor quality. It’s a shame. They have great family value in terms of prices to feed the family. I guess I will pay out more money and order from Frank’s Pizza. Sorry Dominoes

I have to be honest, I had been avoiding this location due to the ratings. When the idiot website changed the location on me without my knowledge mid-ordering, I was a bit worried. While the staff wasn’t as jolly as other Domino’s, I’m pleased to say that everything came out exceptionally. The garlic knots and cinnamon sticks actually had a proper coating unlike my usual Domino’s. Was very pleased with how the food came out.

On Aug 9th and 11 of this year (2023) I did a training day at the Dominos of Harleysville PA for a delivery driver position in which I shadowed the fellow employees Dan P and Nathan W there. I also saw Youtuber @TomIannucci22 at Dominos on the 9th who happened to be the first customer I talked to! And while I don’t feel the position is for me, mostly cause there’s kitchen work involved and I’d have to talk with other employees and customers most likely which I didn’t expect, I just want to shout out employees Dan P, Maxwell and Nathan Woodside for being patient with me and showing me the ropes. And manager Mohammad(Moe for short :D) for giving me the opportunity to try the place out. I feel bad for not taking the position and feel they should be recognized for great service!

Well, the staff are friendly but they are not on time, almost always seem to be out of ingredients, most time don’t have a driver available… I mean it’s cheap(ish) pizza and I keep going back but if there was another local one that was inexpensive I’d be using my money there

Can’t say enough about this Domino’s! Wesley, the person that took my order, was incredibly nice and thorough to make sure I got the items I ordered. He also called me back to let me know about a change in the order – he didn’t have to do that! Maxwell the driver was also extremely nice and even expressed concern over me saying I was sick! Strongly recommend this place for its kind staff – and the pizza was tasty, too.

I was just picking up a pie and the crotchety old man that was doing the carried service started to berate me saying I need to have my hazards on. Mind you I was the ONLY car there running. There was literally no other car with headlights on and he came out the door put his arms up in the air acting like he didn’t know where to go. C’mon dude, I’m the only person in a running car, also the ONLY Audi there. Use your brain. If you can’t handle walking a pizza out to a car because you have some level of dementia you should probably go back to your retirement home and stay out of the service industry. Also he forgot my drinks…

Taller kid with longer hair very rude, ignored me and crying kids for 10 + min. Acknowledged other customers. Didn’t ask name for food order that was clearly sitting and already done for 15+ minutes. Would not recommend at all. Portions were bad and always skimpy. Along with inconsistent. This dominos needs to be evaluated… I walked out without my food and the employee yelling excuses.

First of all I placed the order at 6:03 and was told that it would be ready between 6:29-6:39. The tracker wasn’t moving so I decided to go out and hit the I’m here button on the website since I had chosen curbside delivery. I waited for 15 min before I called the store. The guy said that I didn’t check in and I had already done that as soon as I got there. When I checked in, the site told me to turn my hazards on which I did. He then was not friendly. He also told me it was not done yet and it was the next in line to be put in the oven. A little after 7 I got a text message that it was put in the oven. Finally the guy came out with my order and just stood at my window. That upset me because when I chose curbside delivery, I had hit the leave in trunk option when the options appeared. On top of that, the soda had a hole in it and on the way home, my son had to hold it out the window so more soda wouldn’t get all over my interior. Then when I got home, one of the pizzas was well done. Today was my son’s 10th birthday and this was what he wanted for his birthday meal. So it was supposed to be special. But this store went above and beyond to make it not special but unforgettable. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
