Whoever prepared this chicken and approved the quality inspection, if there was even such a process, should be ashamed. This is unacceptable in quality as well as quantity. This is supposed to be Specialty Chicken – Classic Hot Buffalo. Nothing about this declares Specialty. I was excited for my husband to try this order and was very disappointed upon opening the box.

This store is getting worse they send text messages the order is on the way and they don’t show up until an hour later, they do not answer the phone for complaint’s and they also disable the app so you can not report a problem. I am glad I am leaving this area so I do not have to deal with this . Need better management and not young kids running the store they just do not care .

Text said order out 7p. After waiting > 20 min for a 5 minute drive per Google maps and no texts with ETA and/ 2 calls to try and reach store with being on hold 15 minutes with repeated menu ads and NO staff answering phone- someone (male, no name given) finally answered and when explained we didn’t want food sitting in someone’s car for 1/2 hour plus for ? Reason and had to sit and wait at door for driver who still had not shown up to try and cancel.order iand is still not here and declined to wait to see where driver went- obviously not here – requested cancel order and the staff hung up on us. HORRIBLE service. After 3rd attempt to call Brandon answered phone fairly quickly, very polite and immediately texted a cancellation text. Will have to wait and see if it was cancelled or not. Don’t send order out texts if you’re not going to be honest and indicate why you’re delayed. Grubhub etc gives you projected ETA for example that matches google maps drive time – so businesses can approximate travel time.

The worst Domino’s I have ever received from. The manager John was rude and dismissive when I complained that he forgot my marinara sauce. This was after I waited an hour from a place that is 8 mins from my house. John said I didn’t order any. He did not try to resolve the matter or apologize for the poor service or offer any solutions. I told him I was dissatisfied with his lack of effort to resolve the matter and said I wanted to file a complaint, he said call 1800 dominos then hung up. Ironically my wife tried to give them another chance the next day after I had poor service the day before. And she ordered food that arrived late and she complained. This is the condition the food came in. #dominos I WISH I COULD HAVE GAVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS

They don’t deserve no stars! I had a very bad experience. I will never order from Dominos again. Today at 6pm I ordered dinner. At 8pm I called to see where my food was. Before I got through I was on hold so long. I was informed my order was complete. I told them I never received the food. A worker name Martinez said he will remake my order and send it out in one hour. Mean while a man from another address brought my food over around 9pm. It was cold and I’m not eating food from a neighbor. At 10pm I called Dominos back to let them know once I get my new order I would be giving them the food back that was delivered to the wrong home. I was informed by the supervisor Brittney her delivery guys are done doing deliveries and are back at the store. She told me no one work there name Martinez. The worker gave me the wrong name at 8pm. He never even made my food to have it delivered. I was waiting all this time for food that wasn’t coming. Brittney said she could have it made and delivered. I was so mad! I just told her give me a refund. The food my neighbor brought over I threw it in the trash..I’ll be called corporate office in the morning.

The pizza was over baked and it was not good. I asked the associate who was at register and she told this is how it will be for thin crust.But used to have thin crust before and I never had such worst pizza before. I don’t recommend for anyone it’s not worth it.

I really like this location however whenever I order a custom pizza online it’s never made correctly. I don’t know if they’re too lazy to read or don’t care at all but it’s very disappointing. I hate to call and complain each time because obviously that doesn’t improve service at all. I wasted at least $50 plus on custom pizzas that weren’t made correctly. They always make the pizza correctly when I order one of their specialty pizzas. I wish they could do better that’s all. I will take a break from this location for a while and maybe try them again in the future.
