We will NEVER visit this store again. My husband placed an order on 5/4 with a drink included. However, we never received our drink. We tried calling the night of the incident and was unable to reach anyone by phone. We didn’t think anything of it because we knew we would eventually order again. Today 5/12 he orders the exact same order. We bring it up to the manager Sible and Austin. Austin stated because we didn’t call the night of(which we did) he can NOT give us a drink that we payed for. I asked him to review his cameras on 5/4 to see if one of his employees actually brought the drink out, and he was not interested in looking today or this weekend. I asked when he would consider looking he stated “he doesn’t know.” Hopefully, this will be resolved since contacting Dominoes customer support. I only want the drink that we payed for.

Only an idiot closes the restaurant on weekends. More times than I care to remember, my family wants to order on a Friday or Saturday. Sure enough, the store is “closed”. Online ordering is turned off and the phone is off the hook.

I’m a driver. OTR. Went to order, was told I can’t get any good from them because I drove a truck. Can’t use the address of where I’m parked to verify, and then told me it doesn’t matter because they were a franchise and that’s just THEIR rules

Everytime we order the driver expects a tip. Last time asked multiple times for a tip. As for the order we had 1 ok pizza and one not so much. The bad pizza had chicken on it, which tasted like fish. It also had a bad smell. Only myself and one other took 1 bite and had to spit it out. We called to ask for a refund and the manager, Sible told us that she checked the dates and even ate a piece and said it’s fine. Not only is that rude in itself. She then refused a refund cause we ate a piece. She thinks it’s her call on what is or isn’t good. That’s not okay. We still have the whole rest of thee pizza we have to throw away. Not only did we all not get dinner. We got robber as well. I would give a zero star for this if I could. Would recommend another option.

I love getting a pizza that the box looks like it was sat on and the toppings are all stuck to the lid! Great use of $40 for a simple cheese pizza and wings delivered, really awesome! Especially on my birthday. Apparently don’t tip until you get it because even with a good preemptive tip they just don’t care

Never again will this Dominos get 1 penny from me. I ordered two pizzas to delivered one of the pizzas was made wrong I called up to the restaurant and explained to the manager named Austin what had happened and my order was wrong he told me he was not going to remake the pizza and told me I could bring the pizza back to give me a refund and I can go somewhere else and eat. This guy does not need to be managing nowhere you just don’t treat customers this way.

My name is Jeff Howell I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and some breadsticks now the driver went next door at the church parking lot and I was not happy with that driver if they bother instructions how to get to my freaking house it’s common sense it’s just unacceptable so I don’t know what to say to Domino’s pizza but I’m not happy this is not the first time they’ve done it but I’m not happy with it be sure give them instructions how to get somebody’s house if they don’t follow the instructions how to get there I don’t know but the driver said that he punched the address on his GPS and they went to my church parking lot I’m not happy with that so that’s what I have to say thanks Domino’s
