I’ve always had the best experiences ordering from dominos! I have tried different pizza places, more than once but seem to always find my way back to dominos for one reason or another. 3+ hours for almost freezing wings. Not tossed whatsoever. Extremely disappointed with customer service at the franchise, no one at the store could tell me anything about my order whatsoever after calling 2 hours in. Never ordering from Domino’s, at least this location, ever again man. They don’t even deserve a half of a star for this level of food service.

I’m sorry, but two stars is the best I can do for a late night Saturday carryout order. First, it was supposed to be ready by 12:39am. Nope, about 12:58am. Second, bread bites were undercooked. Whoever cut the pizza had an epic failure, just look at it and the hole in it! Really? But I was hungry and it tasted good.

I tried ordering delivery from different restaurants after it started snowing on 12/22/22. Everyone refused to deliver except this Dominos. I believe the drivers name was Jared. Anyway, the pizza was delivered within 45 minutes, which is very impressive considering the conditions. It was also very good.

So I placed an order through the app and I got a thing of lava cakes a Memphis BBQ chicken pizza and a five cheese dip with their garlic bread twists and when I got it my food was cold and my five cheese dip was literally nothing but burnt cheese on the bottom I am highly disappointed in dominoes because I ordered from them quite frequently I expect to have the same level of customer service that I have had prior. They have a lack of customer service experience and I am very disappointed.
