Ordered online, pulled up to the window to pick up order and sat there for over 15 minutes before anyone come to the window. Multiple employees walked by or turned around and looked at us waiting. One employee looked at us then started folding boxes, one employee that was making pizza with no gloves on turned around and saw us. Finally tried to call the store but no one answered. When we finally got our order it was not hot because it had been sitting there for 20 minutes. Do Better People.

They have fast service. They have friendly cashiers. I’ve also gotten pizza delivered using the website. They are great! The food is amazing. The only aspect I did not like was the fact that no gloves were worn with the preparation of my food. Other than that, there would be 5 stars.

I placed an online delivery order because I was unable to drive due to having surgery. In a few minutes, someone from the store called to tell me that they wouldn’t deliver to my address and I had already been told that. I explained to the very RUDE woman that I had received a delivery just a few days before without a problem. She told me she didn’t care they wouldn’t be delivering the order. Her attitude was horrible and she shouldn’t be allowed to talk to customers.

I order and have delivery a lot,but last night was terrible i called to report my order being burnt and hard the store Manager Josh at the Carthage,Ms location was very rude didn’t want to hear everything or the experience he got an attitude told me it wasn’t burnt and refused to let me speak with the store owner. I will no longer be ordering from their if thats how they handle customers for mistakes they clearly made on there behalf.

Dominos on carthage was a very good place until today! Josh was very unhelpful and so was the store owner molly. Both refuse to honor my refund and josh would hang up the phone. Please do not buy from there they will steal your money and refuse you give your refund and they will not give you your full order.
