Had the pleasure of being a driver and Assistant Manager at this store. I constantly had a team that worked hard no matter the obstacles of being understaffed. Some employees would show up at an opening shift and work twelve hour shifts every day. This location is one of the busiest in Corpus Christi. The regulars are awesome to get to know, they are so faithful no matter what mistakes were made. Lunchtime and when people get off work is when I was trusted to deliver piping hot za whether from the kitchen or the driver seat. Some people no matter their hunger level didn’t understand how to treat those I worked with dignity and would go so far as to make personal threats without ramifications. Even when the insider was working towards their meal. Having worked with this store for more than once in my life. I know personally Covid has changed the landscape on the pizza life. The customizations make it crazy. When you order be kind. Know this location is understaffed, and know they are doing their hardest especially seeing the location. They strive to always be there for you, just like ya’ll are there for them in your daily line of work. Here are some pics and positivity to satisfy your hunger for those who serve you. When I worked here as a teen there were barely 2 woman in Corpus working. Some days I would work with whole teams of 5-7 woman. Thanks Store 6760 for always doing your best. Even if the customer didn’t think so. All my love to you my pizza tasty brethren. Sypher is a great closer! Megan is the best when it comes to stretching. Victoria is a beast at the cut table and anything and everything in between. Jalil is always handling whatever thrown at him with Grace.The GM’s are all one of a kind and are lead by a plaque winning General Manager, Will. His kindness and patronage to service are unparalleled. I have never met a more kind hearted, patient GM in my life. I wish I had someone to lead me like him as a teen.

I placed an online order for 3 pizzas and two lava cakes. At 12:11 it said my order was out of the oven. I came in the store at 12:15 and it wasn’t ready. I used to work at dominos so I know that means they cleared my order off their screen before my food was in the oven so their times are better. then when I walked in to the store the door was locked. instead of an employee telling me to use another door. she stared at me, waited a good 60 seconds and then told me to enter through the driver door. when I walk in the store, I was not greeted right away. someone eventyally saw me and said someone will be right with you. every one in this store looks miserable. no one smiles. IMO the store was not busy at all. they had a few orders but nothing overwhelming for the 8 people that they had in the store working. then for check out I had a gentleman who had no idea how to process payments. it was actually kind of embarrassing. I’ve had this guy check me out before and he really doesn’t get it. management clearly knew that he doesn’t know how to use the computer. management should not let him check customers out. they need to know their employees weaknesses and schedule them accordingly. but the thing that made me the most upset, the reason why I wrote this review is, I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and it had no Buffalo sauce on it. not only did I receive below average service but my pizza was incorrect. so they had someone check me out that didn’t know how, and had an employee who was on the oven who doesn’t know what goes on pizza. I called the store to let them know that I will not be returning to this location. I was offered a free pizza but I was at work event and was not leaving to get a pizza and miss the party. my experience was unacceptable and I hope no one else has to go through this in the future.

I ordered a pepperoni and pineapple thin crust. Someone forgot to put the pineapple on before it was baked. Instead of remaking the order correctly, or telling me they made a mistake while I was in the store waiting for it to come out of the oven, someone decided the solution was to put cold, wet, raw pineapple on top of a crispy thin crust pizza.

I ordered pasta and when I opened the container this is what I saw. Dirt with root still attached and when I turned it was mushroom. Call the store and all they had to say was I’m sorry and when I asked to talk to the manager, I got a response saying we are extremely busy. Make sure you check your food before you eat! You don’t know what you will find I there.

Better/Fresher Crawfish than Crawdaddy’s or Surfing Crab hands down. $6 1/2 shrimp on Weds n $2.50 Beer is hard to beat. Service was Excellent. Eat here you won’t regret it

A couple of times my pizza was delivered lukewarm, but usually my order is always perfect and drivers are very nice. I will no longer be ordering from the Greenwood location because the driver delivered my order to my neighbor’s house. She wasn’t even home and the driver left my pizza on her porch. I opted for the contactless delivery but the drivers still knock on my door to let me know my pizza is here. I happened to track my order and went outside when it was marked delivered and saw the driver take off. I called the store to cancel the tip and the manager begged me not to take away the tip because apparently the delivery guy was a very good driver. When I replied that he wasn’t a good driver that day he refunded my pizza and hung up on me. Hopefully Dominos will train their delivery drivers to check the address once they get to their destination and then check it AGAIN to confirm. Still can’t believe the manager insisted I tip the driver for terrible service.

Extremely rude lady who took my order and before I finished the order hung op on me ! I called back politely and she was still cocky and rude ! When my husband went to pick up food she interrupted his transaction with another clerk and went out of her way to be rude to him !! When I called later to speak to manager he acted as if he didn’t believe it and said he would check cameras & explained how they had issues going on at the store ! I’m sympathetic but customer service goes a long way and she was rude for no reason! We were actually being nice to her -and shouldn’t have been considering how disrespectful she was being ! I hope they get some new management who care about the customers and how they are treated . This was absolutely ridiculous and we will not be returning .

I waited over 2 hours after the order was (according to the website) being quality checked. I understand being understaffed but to understaff yourself on a Friday night is insane.However this is not even the worst part. This is the second time I have called and asked for some sort of compensation for terrible service and again they informed me that things happen. I was under the impression dominos was a company that had spread due to a quality dining experiance. I was incorrect.
