First time ordering from this location. We are staying at hotel for weekend. Decided to try pizza and loaded tots. Did a pickup. Opened door, walked in, absolutely no greeting or acknowledgement what so ever. The guys looked up and talked to one another. The elderly man came to register and asked how he could help, I replied pickup. Afterwards I took order and decided that would be my last time with them. Pizza was fair and tots were fresh, but didn’t look like advertisement. Customer service is the deal breaker.

It’s crazy this how much chicken they give you on pasta and NO BACON was even added and I called before my order was made to request EXTRA chicken since I had this problem before and the manager said he added extra and I can see NO EXTRA was given and I OFFERED TO PAY FOR EXTRA & he told me no need well apparently it was needed.

Have ordered at this specific location two times now and both times the pizza sauce has tasted rancid or as if it is going bad. My husband said when he went in to the store that he saw the employees just swapping containers for older pizza sauce to newly labeled containers…. Someone in higher management should investigate into this. It made my stomach hurt after eating the food. Won’t be back again to this specific store.

This store has no time management, I was told 30 minutes to get my pizza. It took 39 minutes just to get my pizza in the oven while customers that ordered after me have already left with their pizza
