Placed my order paid $63 showed the general manager my call log and my texts about my order and she refused to give me our food! Said I could place my order again and I said I’m no paying for it again. She said that my first order would show pending and then fall off. I explained it’s not showing pending it’s showing it went through… she said it will fall off when I don’t “pickup” the order! She refused to help even with the proof of the order! I asked to speak to a manager she told me she was the general manager, I asked to speak to somebody above her she refused and wouldn’t give me her name.

I placed an order well before “dinner busy time,” & after the pickup time window it still said my order was in the prep stage. They said they hadn’t even gotten it started yet & it would be at least another 30 minutes if not more, & I had already waited 45 minutes. The staff was incompetent in answering questions or taking responsibility for being slow. This is the third time this has happened at this store. Will not be ordering from any Dominos again, they have shown they don’t care about their customers.

Had about given up on Domino’s all together. Moved not long ago. I ordered from the Syracuse location a couple of times now. It’s been very well prepared every time, Delivered fast. Tonight, I had to let it cool down to eat it. Way to redeem the franchise.

Waited for nearly an hour to receive my order. Checked in with several employees who said it wasn’t ready and then proceeded to ignore me. Turns out my order had been sitting there for a while. Not only did I waste a lot of time waiting, the food is now cold. Worst experience with Dominos I’ve ever had; go to a different location.

Never going back to dominos again. Absolutely clueless management. Order on April,2nd after 3 hours and several calls they informed they cancelled my order due to computer issues. Now 10 days later. Still no refund. And all they can say is there is nothing they can do. It’s not there problem according to the last manager I talked to. I would rate lower but not possible.

This Dominos is so inconvenient and inconsistent it’s annoying. Want to order pizza from a store that’s literally a couple minutes up the road? Nope can’t cause they don’t have anyone to make pizza even though someone can call you to tell you that. That’s fine what about this store is the only dominos that you can order delivery from. Oh they can’t deliver cause they have no drivers. Yet every other dominos around doesn’t have these problems. I don’t understand how they are still open.

We waited 10 minutes after the pizza said it was ready for them to bring it out to our car and finally just went in and got it. It was just sitting on the counter. So frustrating. We also got chicken wings and received a burnt gross looking dish. Not worth our money at all. The picture is of the supposed “12 wings” very very disappointed.

Placed our online order an hour and 30 minutes ago (90 min!) and the online tracker still shows as being in “prep” status. When I try to call this local store, I get placed on a looped, auto-play message with advertisements. Been waiting on the phone for over 10 minutes now with no one answering. This is not the first unfavorable experience with this place….Horrible service.
