This dominos is normally very good but my last order was basically flat bread with cheese, there was barley any sauce on either the white or sausage pizza I ordered. I tried to call the branch to let them know, got Dominos customer service department (not the local branch), told the rep my pizza was not good and she said “thanks for letting us know” and hung up…that was it. There was no “making it right”. I want to reiterate that this branch usually does a good job but I won’t be ordering Dominos again because of their corporate customer service.

Everytime I order from this particular dominos, it’s actually really really good. But this time I ordered a pasta outside of the usual that I order; and it was really good, I just wish it wasn’t as skimpy as it was. Definitely could’ve put more pasta in it instead of me feeling like I had a child’s pasta. However, the pasta was delicious! I just wish it had more in it or maybe if there was a way I could add more pasta or chicken for the next go round. Thanks! Still my favorite dominos tho.

Took an hour and a half to make the food, then it was delivered it to the wrong address. Not the drivers/employees fault the website messed up, but still frustrating. I got a picture of the receipt from the drop off, it included only part of the updated address with updated instructions but not the correct street.

They used to be good before the pandemic. Previously you could count on the quality and the estimated arrival times when you would order as things would be accurate. Now it is the exact opposite. Often the order is wrong and we have had pizzas take up to 2 hours to arrive and be totally cold. When we called the manager to express our concerns, she only complained back to us they saying they can’t get anyone to work and she knew they had major problems. Corporate should jump in. We felt bad for them so still about once a year we have tried them again to see if anything has improved and instead now when you call no one even answers the phone. It is unbelievable. Whomever owns this location (assuming it is a franchise) must be totally engaged or why do they even stay open if service is now this bad? It’s unfortunately one small example of what is happening across the country and in all industries. People want government handouts and they don’t want to work. And the country is going to have more chaos and higher inflation only to have the quality of everything slip continually.

Delivery driver David on 11/11/22 inappropriately touched one of my employees while handing over the order. When we called to inform the management at that location, the person who answered the phone insisted that it wasn’t a big deal and he “didn’t mean anything by it.” Touching somones chest is not an accident, and I’m extremely disappointed in the response.
