With limited resources, a vision, faith and hard work Don Sal in Rosamond opened in 2014. Cute, brewery vibes. The artwork was great! The taco party platter was outstanding!! Great bang for your buck. And it’s authentic. The meats hit the spot, the margs were made with real lime juice and the staff was friendly. I was impressed with the Al Pastor the most. DEFINITELY check this place out if you’re in the area.

We never know what to do in Lancaster, and someone recommended us this place. We got there around 11pm, and it was packed. This place was so fun, they played all kinds of music but especially reggeaton. The drinks were good and STRONG. You can tell that everyone’s there for a good time, so the vibe was immaculate. New fav Lancaster hang out spot!

The food is really good and for a good price. I always admire the location, and when you step inside there’s a lot of detail in the way the structure was built and designed. The atmosphere can be relaxed, depending on the day you go. I also see on weekends is where it gets the busiest and feels more like a party vibe. They always have good music. Their service is always excellent, I appreciate how attentive the servers are. 10/10 recommend this place.

Very amazing place and kept clean. Love the fish tank In the entrance. Had a MICHELADA which tasted great and tacos de Carnitas were also great and good amount of meat . I was super full. My buddy’s had Posole and Caldo de Pollo which they said tasted good. The place turns into a night club ! Good recommendation for eating and partying at night ! Chips and salsa were great and also served a dish of Frijoles con queso ..

Great spot, loved the feel, the molcajete was delicious my son’s Bacon wrapped shrimp/steak was underdone, but he absolutely loved the buffalo wings. The salsa and bean dip was very good. We did feel a bit rushed being asked if we wanted boxes while still eating and we weren’t asked about dessert. Over all, I was pleased and will be returning

First time trying the Shrimp Ceviche! Salty and fresh with lime and other flavors! Delicious! I will get this again for sure! It’s a lot more shrimp than it appears to be on this oversized plate and some of those shrimp pieces are huge!
