Loved the Hot Chicken Pizza and Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub. We weren’t even hungry, ordered some food from Donatos Pizza while waiting to be boarded. The Hot Chicken Pizza had the grilled chicken, jalapeños slices, sliced pickles, and drizzled with Ranch dressing on top. It was so delicious, lots of flavor and hint of spiciness. The Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub was also very tasty. The pizza was cut into small square pieces and it was easy to pickup and eat. The pizza was also very cheesy. One of the best airport food.

We were surprised to see Donatos open at 8 am. We were even more pleasantly surprised to meet April. She was so helpful, cheerful and accommodating. She explained all of the options for breakfast and lunch. So I was able to order lunch at 8 AM and my husband was able to order breakfast. Both were very good, hot and fresh. I recently had their “Very Veggie” pizza, and it was fantastic. The crispy cauliflower crust perfectly complemented the fresh veggies and melty mozzarella cheese. Service was a bit slow, and they were out of some menu items like the caprese salad, but overall, it’s definitely worth a visit for a delicious veggie pizza experience.

This place was a very nice surprise. Full disclosure I am about as anti thin crust pizza as can be. But I am still open minded, and still love pizza. The guy who took my order and brought out the pizza was very nice and respectful. The pizza was made to order and came out smelling amazing. It tasted even better, the ingredients were fresh. I was shocked of the great quality from an airport restaurant. If I’m ever in Columbus again I’ll have to go to an actual location.

Today while waiting for my flight I decided to get some food from here. The only reason why I gave them 4 stars is the price for the food. I ordered a 12 inch thin crust 3 topping pizza and a chicken bacon ranch sub. I paid 27.08 for this. I feel it’s a little over priced but the food was great and it took about 10 minutes. The young man taking the order was pleasant and the other employee I saw her giving amazing customer service to everyone. I would order from here again!!

Being an Indian, i always felt pizzas in US are little bland for my taste. This is my first time that I loved the pizza so much that I took pic after finishing half of it.. Hot chicken pizza is truly hot and still can’t forget the taste of it.. love it..

This restaurant is at gate A . It saved the day for food, so I give 3 stars, but Pizza is 14.29 with only 1 topping . Salads are pre-made and cannot be altered. Taste is okay, it’s not great. It’s a pretty thin for crust and very greasy but its cut in little tiny square and easy to eat with kids. I would say the staff is pretty unfriendly and they have lots of rules posted about what you can and can’t do. Drinks are 2$ cheaper at the vending machine just a few feet away down the hall.

I usually stop here mornings before a flight. Just a few steps away from Starbucks, the black coffee here is just as good, and half the price. Staff are friendly and up to chat if they aren’t busy. They work hard keeping the tables clear and cleaned, but it has not been busy when i go through before an early flight.
