So glad they opened this location! Sometimes us older folk don’t want to go downtown with all the youngins. Service was great, food was delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderful! Reuben rolls are the best!! Must get them if you haven’t before! I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews.. they just opened and they have been so busy! So be patient

We are here about 4 months ago and had a great experience. Returned tonight and ordered same 2 meals. The experience was not the same. It took at least 45 minutes to get our food. My husband’s sandwich was good but about half the size as the last time. My pub Mac and cheese would have been good had it been hot. I ate the warmest parts bc I was very hungry. When Lorie brought our check she apologized for our wait. I stated that we should have been told early on about the wait but she gave an excuse. If the servers are not able to be made aware of delays then management should be on top of the info. I also let her know the pasta was cold when I got it and she got very defensive. It made me wish I had made her aware early on. It’s doubtful we’ll return.

We go frequently since it’s been opened , as we’re always happy to have more options on the east side. Always great food and service, and lots of TVs as well. Huge menu. We have Lori as our server most of the time, and always does great as has anyone we’ve had.

We had friends in town from out of town, so we brought them to Dublins pass. We like to come here for the variety of foods and beverages. Lori was our waitress and she was awesome! Lori answered all of our questions and helped us figure out what we should order. One person got their shrimp and the shrimp was huge and delicious. Another person got their pretzels and cheese appetizer and it was really good. I love their variety of food and can’t wait to go back!
