This is a 5 star dunks for me. Staff is always kind and friendly. My food is always good. Not too hot, bread is never overly toasted, or overcooked. I’ve never gotten under toasted stuff too and the drinks are always good. One of my favorite dunks I’ve been to.

After ordering 3 drinks they handed us 2 which were both wrong btw. They told us they were making the 3rd one now after waiting a tall white women came to the window and said the other employee only charge us for two instead of just having us re tell them the order and having them fix our drinks and then just charging us for the 3rd drink she decided to argue with me telling me the other employee is new and messed up which is FINE . But why was it so hard to just fix the drinks and charge us instead of causing a big issue ? After reading other reviews I see that this has been an on going issue with this location

Nothing like waiting in line at the drive through, struggling to listen to the speaker because it’s too quiet only to find out they don’t serve sandwiches. I order 2 donuts and they get that wrong. On top of that they are placed face down so the frosting smears to the bag…

Drive Thru Order Taker was very rude and kept rushing my order, telling me to drive up when I wasn’t finished ordering. Guy at the window, said the price and not a word after, zero customer service skills. I ordered food AND drinks. How do you forget to give me napkins AND straws? Make it make sense.
