Wife is vegetarian the guy touched turkey sausage and then cut seasame bagel and then baked both in together and then touched turkey bacon and then put cheese on bagel with same time. That’s called cross contamination. 1 star because lady gave that look on her face when I told her what they did.

I go to Monmouth medical hospital and usually stop here to pick up a coffee or something. I normally don’t write reviews but I had to this time. Everytime I go here the staff is so rude, and unprofessional. Not friendly at all, the hand sanitizer is never filled either. Not giving them my business anymore. A smile goes a long way folks!

This place has changed a lot lately and the quality of service has dropped a lot. Today I made a purchase of some sandwiches and a drink that was a caramel ice late, when I made my order I ordered my drink in a large size. The manager on duty took my order, gave me the sandwiches but never gave me my drink and I distractedly left the store, when I got home I realized that I had forgotten my drink and returned to the store after 30 minutes (because I don’t drive) so that time it took me to go back. When I came back and asked for my drink, the manager with a very rude attitude told me how was it possible that I had left the store without my drink to which I tried to explain that they were very busy and had forgotten to give me my drink and I distracted I left, she no longer remembered my order and kept questioning me and after discussing the event she agreed to give me my drink in the wrong size claiming that this was the original size of the order but I asked her again for the correct drink for which I had paid for. It was a very bad experience and I am just saying that the pandemic has caused businesses like these to dump hard-working people who really appreciate their work. I am a regular customer of this place and I also worked there 13 years ago. I appreciate the kindness of the other people who work there on different days.

So I went and basically I ordered 3 coffees with caramel and almond milk and tell me why they just give us almond milk and no caramel like I said caramel when I specifically told the short lady looking like Lord Farquaad over here like could not understand what I told you when I’m right infront of you? Let me just say that short lady deserves a drink thrown at her. Worst Dunkin don’t ever come here

After the beach recently, we went there to start our trip home. The coffee was WAYYYY to sweet. No bagels and the donut was weird. The service was not good at all. I would not go back on this one time.

Only letting 4 people in the place at a time post COVID regulation lift. Even during COVID regulations, they’re supposed to be able to have 10 people in there at a time at 50% capacity. Was basically shooed away. Went somewhere else as did the other 8 people trying g to get food there.
