I had ordered from Baskin Robbins. I had WAITED roughly 15 MINUTES just to order. There was ABSOLUTELY no one inside but me. The sales associate Marissa( I think this was her name) rang me up and was nothing but rude. When she was done with my order she put a small lid that didn’t fit the cup so the ice cream was spilling everywhere. I told her I needed it to go and she put it inside the bag very messily. When she was ringing me up, she looked at me and said sorry, in a rude tone. While I was waiting, she stood talking to her co worker for a couple of minutes. I’m beyond disappointed in this service.

This might be the best Dunkin in the EB area. Service is always quick and accurate. I’ve been several times and only once had something from my order prepared incorrectly. When correcting it the staff was quick and friendly, no issues at all. I appreciate their reliable service and I always plan to come to this location even I have to go out of my way a little bit.

Great service. I had an issue with my app changing pickup time for my order. I called as soon as I hit submit and got a women who assured me she would leave a note on my receipt. The next morning I called to confirm my very large order. It was made ready and waiting by the time I arrived. The nice gentlemen helped me carry all of the food to the car. He took such good care. The staff were friendly and so kind. 10/10 for me!!!! They totally saved my meeting!
