For the reputation and prices at Dunkin I was shocked. I don’t frequent Dunkin nor this particular location but passed it on my route. To place an order leave, get to your car and see no napkins, ketchup or creamers is not acceptable. There were thin napkins that were falling apart on a back counter that you could hardly see. Maybe this is why I choose another coffee shop instead of Dunkin and it isn’t Starbucks either. I truly don’t know how people put up with this. No customer service and high prices it’s not for me.

I’ll skip past the woman on her phone for a good 15 seconds while she got herself together to work but the fact that she could not punch in 2 medium lattes and 1 small latte was enough for me to leave. As a former Dunkin employee, just listen to the customer or repeat what the customer asked for.

Horrible experience!!! Asked for a regular hot latte and got one full of sugar when I said that this is sweet the lady said that she did not put any sugar and I have put that myself. Essentially calling me a liar for a coffee. I had to throw the coffee away. My other friends had a decent latte though. The one star is for the behavior of the lady.

Today I was over charged for a peach passion fruit drink. First I asked her about it and she looked lost then gave me a medium size and changed me for a large. Hmm The drink was good but still. But its okay.. just now I went to the dunkin donuts on NJ-18 and got a large for $3. So it worked out at the end.

Terrible service!!!! I ordered 6 donuts for curb side pick up, with specific donuts to what the kids wanted and when I got home they gave me donuts that I never ordered. I called the store 7 times no answer. When I returned back to the store, the man who was at the register not wearing his mask and you tubing was nasty and said to me that he only had Boston cream donuts and so he put it in my order. I asked for a full refund. He credited me partial refund!!! He looked lazy and just no regard for what he did.. he just didn’t care.. Horrible customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

I had to urgently use the restroom, which I have NEVER has an issue with at any OTHER Dunkin’ location. I was going to buy something anyway, the young man behind the counter said that the Restroom was locked and the “manager” wouldn’t let him unlock it. I asked for the manager, her wasn’t there. I begged for some sympathy and he wouldn’t do it. Thank God Pasquale’s next door has decent human beings working there. There pizza is quite good as well.

This DD has gone down hill, I used to go out of my way to go here but the coffee is so watered down or bitter tasting. When I go to the DD in Jamesburg by the park it is WAY better. I am not going to waste my money anymore. Plus their prices are higher than other DD in the area.
