My mom always goes here everyday to get her coffees. They always make her coffee good she says. everybody is so kind and friendly. Amazing service. The food is good I recently tried their breakfast taco and it was good. I’ve tried their refreshers from the dragon fruit one to the raspberry watermelon and to me they’re all really good but I love the raspberry watermelon one the most. Keep up the great work guys

Every single time for the passed few months, they been giving me COLD snackin bacon’s. It doesn’t matter if I get it delivered or order it on the spot, it’s always ice cold (not even lukewarm at the very least). Everytime I complain, they said they can’t take it back, which is understandable, but for one of y’all to say you can’t cook it for long to begin with is crazy, stop making it than. Monticello Dunkin never has that problem, but as a Liberty resident, I’m not tryna go to Monticello everyday to get something done correctly. I love 3 of y’all workers tho so I’ll let you rock.

This is the only local coffee spot so to say that should be a quick stop. Every time I stop (which used to be everyday) there is an issue. One time they had no donuts and the latte machine wasn’t working. Most of the time they’re out of the food items I order (because management can’t seem to order enough for the amount of sales volume they have). Another time they had no food items because the toaster wasn’t working. Management seems to be non existent and the crew is suffering from that. Today I received an Avocado toast with bacon and they weren’t prepared or didn’t take the time to prepare it correctly. (Modt of the time they forget the bacon.

I am a decaf guy. I don’t know what it is but whenever and wherever I go to a Dunkin Donuts there are always a bunch of grounds at the bottom of my cup of coffee. Dunkin is not my favorite go to coffee place. They are actually 4th on my list but sometimes I do hit a Dunkin if I’m with people. The service here was spot on and I went through the drive through. Atmosphere was a typical drive through. Good luck.

The place has expanded and has now added a drive thru. But it in my opinion is poorly organized and run. The line at the drive thru is constantly wrapped around building. There is so much space inside but a small fraction is used for taking orders. Gone are the racks of assorted donuts. They are limited to a small glass case. Most everyone orders fancy coffees, but if you order a simple black coffee (which the order taker can simply pour into a cup, cover it and turn around and give to you) a process that may take 7 seconds? You have to wait. They should take a page from Macdonald’s maybe a second window? And 2 teams of cashiers, etc.

My experience wasn’t bad. I got a vanilla bean coolatta with whipped cream and it was delicious. However my passenger could not get a pink lemonade or a glazed donut because they were out. This was the middle of the afternoon and they didn’t have several menu items available. My passenger will not be returning.
