Usually this place is decent but my ENTIRE order was incorrect today. I ordered a matcha latte with 1 caramel and cold foam & 2 sausage wake up wraps. After waiting for a few minutes at the drive through window, they gave me my wraps which I didn’t look at at the time but I should have because when I got home, I saw they were bacon wraps. After waiting awhile more they give me the completely wrong drink, which is fine since i understand mixups happen but still I had already waited so long. Eventually they gave me my matcha latte which didn’t have caramel or cold foam in it but at that point i felt bad about holding up the drive thru so I left. The woman who served me was very kind but I am sad about not being able to really enjoy my lunch.

Wow!! Unbelievably wow is the only way to describe my experience. I ordered on the mobile app so that I could simply grab my order and go. 45 minutes sitting in the drive thru and I finally get some of my order. I ordered 2 drinks, a dozen donuts, and a 10 pack of munchkins. I received the 2 drinks, after the lady tried to give me one that was not what I ordered. When she finally made the correct drink, she gave me 2 cups of it since she didn’t want to throw away the extra. She gave us an extra 7 donuts for the wait. Then after we finally got the drinks she then decided to tell me that she didn’t have the donuts that I ordered, and that she gave the munchkins that we ordered to someone else. So I told her to just give me the dozen so that we could get going. She gave me a random mix of donuts, even after she told me she had most of what I wanted in the dozen, and then added three more to it. She then proceeded to write on the box while I am sitting there just waiting to go. I hate to say this about someone without actually knowing, but I am not sure that she was uninhibited. The only saving grace was the other associate, Jackson, who was trying to help while maintaining his workload.

This Dunkin’ location would be better off just closing down. It used to be really good, pretty quick through the drive through, drinks tasted good. After the remodel it took a dire turn for the worst! I just spent 35 minutes waiting in the drive through. It’s been like this at least the last 4 times I’ve been there. After waiting that long I would at least expect my drink to be good, but nope. I can’t taste any vanilla, and it has a metallic after taste. This will be the last time I go here. I’d rather go out of my way and go to the Dunkin on Keystone. At least they can get it right in a decent amount of time!

And ive been at alot of dunkins but this one is great the guy who greeted me was super nice seems like everyone knows each other. They actually care about what they do unlike heres your coffee have a good day. Its different i wish it was closer to my way to work i would go there all the time.
