2nd time I attempted to buy a beverage at this location. First time I walked in at 640 pm and the person told me that they are closed for the day. Sign and Google said 7:00 pm. Today, went to the same location at 6:20 and the chairs were already on the tables as of the place was closed already. I asked for a Iced Caramel Macchiato, but I was told that they only have donuts available as they close in 40 minutes. Then the person told me would you like to buy donuts?! God only knows how long those donuts have been there.

Had to throw away my bagel because it tasted stale. My order was not correct. It bothered them to correct my order and then they started to speak in their language in front of my face. Donuts tasted as if they were bought in a supermarket and placed in the tray. Definitely not original products here

Extremely Unprofessional customer service from a young woman who works there every morning except for Sundays. I asked her a question about how to use a promo I got for a drink and she acted so rude towards me and my husband. In addition to that, we ordered our drinks and she gave us the a wrong drink. Rude People Palestine and Hindus. With poor customer service. Bathrooms are not kept clean. Often out of soap and toilet paper. Female manager can not remember orders. Food orders slow and not hot. No sanitation used to clean tables. Tables are neglected and left with food and spilled drinks. The same owner has a Dunkin’ Donut shot on Germantown road by Middlebrook rd. This business is even dirtier! Men’s toilet can not be flushed due to broken handle and the top is left off to flush by sticking your hands in the toilet tank. All service area are neglected. Poor upkeep filthy stores. Beware.

This review is solely for the Indian lady working today. I came in to order a hot coffee with hash browns and there was an Indian couple before me that also ordered a bunch of hash browns. The Indian lady gave the hash browns to the couple after like 5 minutes or so, and then totally ignored my order and started making other people orders, so I had to ask about my order. I saw there were hash browns in the oven just laying there which were mine. (Also she heats them up WITH the paper packaging which I don’t think is healthy for customers…) Selective customer service is not customer service and this lady needs to up her game. The coffee the white lady prepared was good.

I will keep this short and to the point. I have been going to this Dunkin on and off since it opened. This location has a terrible time making my order correctly. They do not sweat the details. If you order something with any adjustment, be prepared for your order to be incorrect. I’ve argued in the past with their workers because they incorrectly read the order when I submitted it. I shouldn’t know how to read the order better than the employees do.

This place has the worst customer service. Not one employee has any sense of urgency and will take their time. The last time I went, I waited 18 mins for a bagel while the young Spanish girl with an attitude was too busy trying to fulfill online orders that were clearly coming through after my order.
