The short morning shift manager told me to leave after I stepped outside to take a personal call. He ran over to me and interrupted me mid call. He told me I was there for hours when I had, in fact, just walked in 20-30 mins before. I asked him to check the cameras as well, he declined to do so. He told me I am trying to operate a business at DD. I stopped in to charge my phone, drink a cup of coffee and check a few emails. He didn’t say a word to the other ppl in the lobby.

I’ve been coming to this location for a year. By far, my favorite Dunkin!! Staff is amazing, wait times aren’t awful, and my drink is never wrong. This location has ruined me for all other Dunkin’s. This store is on my way to work so I shop here often. The staff is very friendly and efficient. This location does get crowded at peak times so check ahead on Google maps to see if it’s packed or not. Store is also very clean and modern

I stop in here everyone morning and normally don’t have a problem. I go before work so I order online at least 10 minutes before I leave the house. This morning, I was running late so I didn’t get there until 20 minutes after I ordered. They had finished the pancakes I ordered, but the tea was no where to be seen. I thought maybe that are still working on it, but 10 minutes roll by and no one even asks me why I am there! Finally, they help me, but by then I am already 10 minutes late to work. By far the worst service I have received from this location. Only reason I gave them 2 stars was because my food is always good. I wouldn’t come back if it wasn’t the most convenient location for me.
