Sunny and his team were phenomenal, from their consistent service to their kindness. I remember one time, there was a car in front of me and she was cussing Sunny out over the price of a dozen donuts. After she left, I pulled up and saw he had a smile on and greeted me warmly. I work in customer service and understood his situation, but was surprised by his service – I was quite picky with my drinks (large iced caramel macchiato with 2 swirls, medium coffee with 3 cream and 3 Splendas), and he got it correctly. I also ordered a water and he went out of his way to get an ice cold one for me. His service is always consistent. And they’re always super fast in making our orders. No complaints. Just happiness.

Dunkins are typically hit or miss but this one is pretty bad. Always in a huge rush and mess up your order unless its as basic and simple as possible. Dont bother with anything that should be heated up/ toasted, it will come cold and soggy no matter how much you emphasize “extra dark toasted”.

Fast & friendly. Had to park & go inside for missing items, but they were very accommodating and courteous. Hash brown discs are delicious, but 6 dime sized potatoes wouldn’t satisfy a toddler, let alone a teenager or grown man

I don’t like giving negative post, but this Dunkin Donuts might be the worst one I have been to. It might have just been the two employees that working. And I hope it was but their customer service was not very good and I will leave it at that know need to explain more. I can tell you if I am giving it 3 stars then you must know it can’t be good.

this place was great before they changed owners. the new employees are mean spirited and do not listen to you. they tried to charge me for jelly which is absurd. i’m going to another location from now on. oh, and they always get my orders wrong.

I was going to this Dunkin every week before they moved to this location. It use to be awesome but now it is awful. Never get my order right. Just left there today. They have 16 people working at the drive through and pickup orders and if you order at the Register the 1 person you can’t understand what she is saying. Then you order coffee, muffin and sandwich. You have one person give you coffee, another person give you muffins, and another gets your food. Only to find out that something is always missing or taste terrible once you get to work. Ugh I’m done going here. It keeps happening. Muffins and donuts are always stale and hard.. use to be so good. I guess nothing stays the same. Horrible breakfast spot. Ugh
