I like to give my review when the restaurant is very poor in its food, for your health and because it is your money. The food in this place is not very appetizing and the donuts are very hard, they don’t taste like fresh ones of the day. It is dirty, and very dark, it does not feel cozy or pleasant to dinne in. It may be the reason why it has few customers, every time I visit this place it has no customers. The atmosphere here is not like the other’s Dunkin’ Donuts.

One of the cashiers actually tried to tell me I was wrong about what I ordered. He was even ruder when I showed him my online order, and he was wrong. Guess I’ll start going driving a little further down 78 to the new location. Hopefully, they will be better.

This drive thru in the morning is pretty good and fast. I haven’t been inside so can’t soak to that. But the lady on drive thru in am is usually on point, fast, and friendly. Coffee is good and hot usually. Haven’t experienced any issues.

What I don’t like I paid a $50 on my Dunkin app the took my money. So one use my money. In about 2 days the $50 was gone. I call customer service. They did not. Manger did not. This is not cool.

I love this Dunkin. The overnight lady is always so polite with me. I go on my way to work in the mornings so about 4 am and she always chats with me. The drinks are always consistent as well.

My favorite dunkin I’ve ever been to and ONLY go to from now on. They make my iced coffee perfect every time (other places are always making it different) and everyone is incredibly nice. The lady at the window is always so sweet and says hello to me. I only come here now.

So disappointed that I received old food this morning. Luke warm (and that’s generous to say) chicken biscuits with very soggy hash browns. The chicken biscuit was so small it felt like a joke. Threw everything away except the donuts… quick trip has better donuts. I won’t be back.
