I’m so sad. Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. I’ve given them many chances. Will never go back. They didn’t even have my everything bagel the last time I went, then my settled poppy seed bagel was stale. My 6 year daughter was even sad after that experience.

The people here are so rude! The owner have a heavy Indian accent that’s hard to understand. It seems like they don’t know what is “customer service’! My coffee tasted bad and the old man used his bare hand to grab the donut! I had to ask him to replace it but I believe that other was going back to the rack after I left! Not sure why this DD is so bad, there are other very nice DD around.

I wish I could give less stars? It says on here and on the door of the restaurant that this location should be open at 5am. I go there at 5:15am because I work early. I get there at the same time as one of the employees and we make eye contact the entire time as I say good morning to them and she says nothing to me and proceeds to unlock the door, go inside, and lock the door.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Ordered the Oreo Cappaccino Blast and it was made incorrectly and tasted exactly like stainless steel. The consistency was like water. Went around for a refund and while I received that at least, they couldn’t be bothered to offer any other icecream suggestions. I asked if they had anything with just plain oreo and they had nothing to offer. The manager had the audacity to blame the poor quality on the item being new, even though it was obviously made by someone who wasn’t trained. Godawful customer service and even worse drinks, go to any other location please!!!!!!

I went inside to place my order, hoping that would be a little easier and waited patiently while still getting ignored. This is my first time coming to this Dunkin’ donuts and definitely my last. I got a medium iced latte and it’s a third of a way empty. I also got a sour cream donut that I’m pretty sure is from yesterday or the day before yesterday but also tastes like cinnamon. It’s soggy and disgusting. Pay attention to your Receipt they are charging $1 (a dollar) to NOT I repeat to NOT put ice in your cup how is it that you charge the customer for not putting ice in a drink that’s being purchase. Laila (supervisor) excuse was prices went up. Me; WHAT!!!!!! ( am I purchasing gas no a drink w/ NO ICE ) that should be more of a reason not to put ice when a customer request. Absolutely absurd & ridiculous customers are being charged for not wanting Ice in there drink. By Not putting Ice requires less labor. Laila was extremely unprofessional rude and argumentative with a customer she needs training on customer service and relations . Clearly she has no training a family member or friend hired her with no training(franchise location I was informed after asking for corporate number, Laila response as if she’s untouchable with being reprimand)
