This is the location I stop at to get coffee every morning but my last two visits just seem different. The donuts i’ve received yesterday and today 5/16/23 & 5/17/23 tastes like they’re stale. Yesterday the coffee was extremely sweet today it’s just right. Early in the morning you might be greeted with some friendly faces and a welcoming environment other times the staff lacks great customer service skills.

I have visited this location multiple times on my way to work. Not once has it been a pleasant experience. From the person who takes the order in the drive-through to the person who hands over the order They are short and extremely rude. I have multiple times thanked them and been pleasant, but I have received nothing back. And each time it is slow, so it is not due to it being a busy time. It is very evident they hate their job. I’m not one to post reviews, especially negative ones, and I thought the first and second times were okay; maybe I caught them on a bad day. After a few times, it’s just apparent that they lack customer service skills.

At the register I asked for a toasted bagel and asked that it is definitely toasted. When I get my bagel, opened it at the counter & it was doughy. I asked that they toast it more & the manager said”I can’t take it back after you open it”! My next question was, please refund my $$. They refunded my $ but was the harm in making another bagel that was toasted? I experienced this a few days ago & they happily made another, with an apology & a smile. Customer service goes a long way!

Revising my review from 2 yrs ago. The service was great back then but NOW ABSOLUTELY NOT. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Message to OWNER PLEASE get rid of everyone and start fresh. Your employees are miserable they are VERY rude and do not like the job obviously. I only came today because it is near my house. I usually go to Peachtree RD and the service is totally different. I wish I could leave no stars because that is what 3530 Chamblee Tucker Road location deserves.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin! They didn’t give me my order right. Made the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Then gave me the most menacing side-eye when I walked in after they forgot my straw. The workers were so mean except for a new trainee. Honestly, not exaggerating, it was an awful attitude filled experience.

Horrible, Horrible, and more Horrible. Unprofessional, Unprofessional, and additionally Unprofessional. This location is in need of some very serious Customer Service Training. The cashiers are rude and unprofessional without cause. The rudeness occurred on two different dates with two different cashiers. The first time and person made an error on my order, and mean mugged (looking angrily/stare down) me and was rude while she corrected my order.

My wife went through the drive thru to get 100 munchkins for her students this morning and the staff person told her that the manager would not allow them to give her a small stack of napkins for the students. This has not been a problem in the past, but I guess this manager is a “profits before people” person. If you are buying for a group, and need napkins, consider parking, going inside and opening up the napkin dispenser to get your stack of napkins.

We have 5 kids and live around the corner- so we have been frequent and enthusiastic customers for years. However, the manager recently SCOLDED me for ordering 5 of the same donut and REFUSED to serve us, saying we were only allowed to order 3 of the same donut. ABSURD.
