This was the first time coming to this location, and it will be my last. I never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I absolutely recommend hiring all new staff members. This location needs a set of friendly, enthusiastic, and well mannered people behind the counters. If I could give this Dunkin’ Donuts zero stars, I would.

Dined in to quickly eat a bagel. Customer walked in with his dog. Brought it to the counter. Two employees bent down to pet the dog and went right back to work making drinks and getting food for customers. Not only should the dog not be in a food establishment but NO ONE WASHED THEIR HANDS, which I could see because I was sitting at the counter. Gross gross gross. I got up, threw my food out and left.
