Lima and Shahi has the best customer service I have ever experienced. They have a warm smile and very friendly. The line always move quickly and they make the best coffee full of love. I enjoy coming here so much I pass 2 other locations to come to this one. The environment is always clean and very comfortable. What an amazing team which reflects on the management. I believe that this location has set a standard as a benchmark for all other location. Love the product and service. Lima and Shahi deserves a raise or a least a paid vacation.

It’s really sad when they can’t get your order right they have an attitude with you. This girl was basically calling my husband a liar when he said he had 2 sandwiches. She’s like what does your tag say? He said 2. She walks away with an attitude to get the other sandwich they forgot and when he said thank you she just walked away. On top of it they give you a quarter piece of bacon and the cheese can’t even make it inside the wrap! Yea and these fast food people feel they deserve 15.00 an hour. Avoid this rude location.

This place here terrible. I was walking outside with a push cart with my stuff in it because I’m homeless so I pushed it to the side to use the bathroom literally 3 min later I hear someone banging on the door saying you have been in there for a long time and I don’t want you here which is bogus. I leave the bathroom to see who it was and approached him and told him to ask his workers and he refused to. Please don’t give this DD business

Fast service and great employees, unfortunately the donut I got was very stale and tasted like it was sitting there for several days. The hot food they make is good but for a staple item there should be fresh donuts especially at 10 AM, I’d understand if it was the end of the day.

There’s no other customers here, there are promo signs for dark roast midnight coffee on all the windows, and flashing on the screens over the head of guy behind the counter, but he wouldn’t take the time to make it and would only offer regular coffee that was already made. How hard is it to make a pot of coffee? It’s a coffee shop and you have no customers right now.

Iced coffee here is MORE expensive here than many other nearby locations, AND the coffee is NEVER consistent! Today’s cup tastes completely watered down…not acceptable when these large iced coffees (here) cost $3.52/cup. Also, the staff are always “grumpy” and stressed. Finally, there are groupies that hang outside and SMOKE their stinky cigarettes. One must walk through those disgusting clouds of smoke to get inside. I now quit this location once and for all. This location needs better quality control and a fresh new staff!!!

Dining experience was just fine however it was extremely disappointing to go out of my way to what I thought was a drive-thru location as I have an injury – and it’s marked down on Google maps incorrectly and on Dunkin donuts website that this location has a drive-thru, to see infact it does not. Will update my review when it is at least updated on Google maps as a non drive-thru location. Thanks
