I am so happy to stop here for coffee in the morning. Marcia is always efficient, and accurate with her orders. This is very kid friendly and is near a school. I’m a regular customer of this location and I love Dunkin Donuts. The food is delicious and practical! I usually order online and pick up at the drive thru but the staff almost always forgets something; the penultimate time I ordered it, I was already getting home when I realized there was a piece of toast I had ordered missing. I had to go back to ask and they gave it to me. The staff is usually friendly, depending on who serves me. Today unfortunately I have to say that I didn’t like the service. I waited almost half an hour to pick up my order at the drive thru now at the end of the morning, it’s terribly hot outside and until then I didn’t understand why it took so long, as there weren’t many people in front of me. When it was finally my turn to get my food at the window, the woman who served me barely looked at my face and only gave me one drink, I said two and it said so on the receipt. She ignored me and gave me the food. That’s when I asked again for the second drink. She looked over and went on to make the hot coffee I’d ordered online, and I must say, she didn’t seem to be in a hurry. I got home and noticed that my caramel iced coffee is WITHOUT the caramel! And without sugar. I had to add sugar here at home, and we know it doesn’t stay the same. Anyway… I am saddened by the lack of interest that some people have in serving customers well.

They take forever to answer the drive thru teller, when I get to the window she didn’t even tell me the total she just starred at me. Never got a thank you, how are you, not even have a good day.. nothing. I’d rather drive farther than come to this Dunkin. The coffee is so inconsistent and they clearly have zero customer service.

Going to the Hillsboro location for now on. The night crew are better than the morning. I always usually go when the night crew is working and they are always helpful, kind and patient. The times that I come in the morning it’s always attitude, not helpful, ignorant, etc. something needs to change with the morning crew staff.
