Customer service could be more consistent, a few employees here are Outstanding and others act like they don’t want to be bothered! The food and drink products here are good, the ice cream is decent but not really a good value compared to say an ice cream shop.. I do enjoy the large seating areas inside and outside! That makes this location feel more welcoming vs some of the smaller DD locations.. Exiting the parking lot can be a bit tricky at certain times of the day due to the drive thru line, but I suggest parking on the West side of the building, plus there’s shade on that side to.

Great convenient location with tons of seating inside, come inside for an incredible breakfast, some hot coffee or even a cold brew. This Pesto Grilled Cheese Breakfast Sandwich was & the cream cheese filled everything bagel bites totally hit the spot !!! Place was super clean and the staff was on top of everything. Line was a bit long but the staffs efficiency was great. Even after a small mess up with our order they were fast to fix everything and make it right. They definitely went above and beyond in their service.

It all depends on what Crew is working the drive thru ..the last two times we’ve had nothing but careless people who can’t take an order correctly . Twice we had to send a coffee back because it contained a ton of milk and sugar in it..when we ordered it black!! Are you kidding me? !! And the window server gave us a nasty look and rolled her eyes and my wife was like “oh hell no ,she rolled her eyes at me?!” Then the Cashier forgot to give us our change on a $20 ..Today my stepson got coffees for us and I texted him the coffee order and they got the order right but still gave it to him LOADED WITH MILK AND SUGAR!! SMH unbelievable and Mind Boggling zero attention to detail!! The Snackin Bacon btw is Aggressive on the pepper!! I stopped ordering that too . Undercover Boss needs to pay this DD a visit!!

I love Dunkin find the reasonably priced and it’s quick finger food on the go. I love the fact that a big part of the staff is school aged kids. Great offering them a great opportunity. I don’t like rude impatient customers that are nasty to the young adults learning. If you are in a hurry I mean a hurry make your own coffee. You need to allow extra time when you go here. However, I find the staff to be very friendly and patient. The establishment is very clean and we’ll organized. Next up, the parking situation it is terrible. Cars line up on Seminole Blvd to go through the car line which blocks the handicap parking and regular parking. Again, you might run into that one person that blocks you from getting out of a parking spot if there is a waiting line (which is often throughout the day) just park off to the side and or turn at the light and go in the side entrance.

Definitely my favorite Dunkin! The staff is excellent! I always go late at night, and most businesses that are open past midnight…you do NOT get good service…but THIS Dunkin you still get the best service, no matter what time it is! Nicole was the one who helped me, she had a smile on her face, was very professional, and very sweet! I don’t leave reviews often, but her service was definitely worth writing this review! Who is her boss? She needs a raise!

I came in around 7 at night, I really wanted a caramel cappuccino blast. But as soon as I walked in and started looking at the ice cream, all the girls behind the counter said “we are sorry we aren’t selling ice cream at this time” I was so disappointed. This is the second time this has happened where I couldn’t even get a scoop because they “weren’t selling any”
