This is the best Dunkin around. The people are so kind. They always greet you with a good morning. The coffee ( mine is iced) made just as I ask every time. The service is so fast. I just wish you could tip them on your card. I don’t always have cash, and they deserve a tip for amazing service.

So, I asked for a eclair donut and was told they don’t have those there. I explained it was a donut with pudding inside and chocolate on top. She figured out what I wanted. So I asked for two of those. Then I asked for two donuts with sprinkles on top. And then said chocolate sprinkles, when she asked me what kind. This is what I got. A white whipped cream doughnut. And a half a donut. No, it wasn’t eaten out of, it was just the tiniest donut she could find to put in my bag. because, I argued about have eclairs. Her name was Mid.

So I’ve only been to this location twice. The first time I cant and I went thru the drive thru and they messed up my drink order. Asked if they could remake my drink and the lady said no. Came by again this morning to get an iced coffee and use their internet since only internet doesn’t work at home atm. Anyways , waited until someone came to the front counter (was only standing and waiting like not even five minutes maybe 3. I ordered my usual go too drink which is a large iced coffee w 3 creams, and extra ice. The manager who gave it to me was rude af. And I looked at the tag and back and my receipt thzir was hardly any ice in the drink. I asked the guy who took my order if he could remake it and he did. He apologized for the manager bc she is super rude. And I feel bad for the employees here bc that manager is just super rude to everyone including customers. After the guy remade my drink the manager had an issue w it. And scolded me. I politely told her it hardly had any ice in it and I had asked for extra ice.
