Funny how I still come here after the inconsistencies. Wooster navarre massillon canton all have consistent drinks. Then get an attitude when I said somethings not right. Throwing in extra cream and sugar doesn’t help strong coffee. I don’t want or need extra….I want normal amount. This isn’tStarbucks. The iced coffee shouldnt be this strong. Just do your job properly. If people have to wait it’s fine if it’s done right.

3 people working looks like it was down time at 615pm and employees aren’t even taking the time to clean or care about cleaning. Coffee was all over the counter trash needed taken out coffee was all over where the straws are.Tables dirty employees are very sloppy while making drinks. Kinda felt like we were almost pushed out of there. We did have plans on getting a muffin or someone and sitting in but I could feel they really didn’t want to deal with us. And coffee splashed all over the cup that had tea and 2 different people made them.

It’s awesome that orrville has a Dunkin Donuts. However it’s not awesome that every single time I go the coffee drinks are never made the same. For instance the Butter Pecan crunch frozen coffee- ordered this drink and was handed just a frozen coffee with a flat lid on it. I asked why it didn’t have the whipped cream and butter pecan “crunch” on it. They said “oh it doesn’t come with that, but I can add some if you want” then put whipped cream in and handed it back. I had paid cash as well and never got my change. It shouldn’t be this difficult to have quality customer service and consistent quality coffee that is made the same and tastes the same every single time. Alot of times the employees here act like the customer is just a bother to them. It’s kind of sad.

We moved from pa and we’re so used to our local dunkin be above the norm, knew our car and had our order ready. I’m shocked at how terrible this dunkin is, ordered a coffee and donut and was handed an empty bag (no donut, no napkin, literally empty!) and a coffee that wasn’t even room temperature. We no longer even try, we’ve stopped by multiple times and even shared with the manager the issues, and the manager is part of the problem so there’s no point in wasting money here.

The morning crew at this location is absolutely rude. Every time. And they cut corners. I asked for a bagel, toasted with cream cheese. Sometimes they put the cream cheese on the bagel and sometimes they don’t. Why? Sometimes I get my whipped cream that I pay extra for and sometimes I don’t. Why?

I don’t know if the their staff needs retrained or managers need to pay more attention to how their employees are making the drinks. I order the same drink every time but not once has it tasted the same. The drink I order is supposed to be hot, however, 1 out of the last 4 times I ordered has it actually been hot. Then there’s a cup size issue as well. 4 times in a row I have ordered the same large hot drink and have received 2 different sizes.

My sandwich was hot and looked great! Delicious. My drink was terrible. I should have said something at the window with how dark it was but i would have been ok if it was just extra coffee tasting but it just tasted like plain sugar and had a nasty after taste. Definitely not an oced vanilla latte.

Constantly messed up orders, even through ordering the app. Prime example, they will stick the order sticker for a HOT latte on the side of a COLD CUP and make it an ICED latte because apparently reading isn’t the strongest ability. Donuts are always wrong. They constantly forget food items, even one time the girl told me “Oh we are out of that.” And just expected me to drive away even though I already had even paid for everything. Like hunny either refund me or give me something else of same value. There’s a difference between the business being new and people learning and mistakes happening, and just plain carelessness.
