Not sure how this place stays in business with all these bad reviews on here. The manager admitted to me that they don’t make donuts fresh in the store anymore, but they come in on a truck every morning. It’s obvious that they are freezing and thawing out the donuts because the icing is wet and slides off from the excess condensation and the glazed donuts look slimy. There were a couple of really nice employees in there while I visited (not the manager with the pentagram between his eyes), and if I were them I would go find somewhere else to work. They are too good for this place and it’s probably destined to be shut down. There are plenty of better donut options in Plainfield to try instead.

I came at a very busy time, I wanted to go through the drive thru but it had 10 cars in line so I decided to go inside and order. I ordered black coffee and Avocado and toast. Which was really good. Staff was nice for the most part…took a few mins for anyone to take my order.

Why is it that this Dunkin has so much trouble fulfilling a correct order? Between ordering mobile and through their own app I’ve had the hardest time actually getting the correct food and coffees from this eating establishment. Getting me the correct food is kinda the entire point of me ordering from here, so I guess I should stop doing that now…

Went through the drive through today with my kid and ordered an iced matcha latte with a glazed donut. Once I got to the window, I gave them the $3 dollar iced latte offer from my app, but they kept insisting that it wouldn’t work. I also gave them a coupon for a free donut from a survey I took from donut, but they also said it doesn’t “work” although the coupon doesn’t expire till 2 weeks later. The manager and the employee were very rude and weren’t willing to be helpful whatsoever. I had to leave the order because of how rude they were both being. Never going back. Do not go to this place with your kids!

Something has been wrong with our order every time we stop here. Missing items, wrong items, doughnuts with liquid glaze (??) just tossed in a bag upside down, you name it. They punch the order in incorrectly and then are rude when you point it out. This is experience over the past 6 months, so that’s just the way this place is managed. It’s a shame, because the food is delicious, but the service makes me want to never return.

I have had two issues in the past few weeks so far with this place. First…they don’t know how to cut a bagel. The bagel sandwich was mostly the entire bagel and only a sliver on the bottom to hold in the sandwich. Second was today. I went there at 4:30AM and was told they didn’t want to open till 5AM. I’m pretty sure it’s the same guy who told me they didn’t serve sandwiches in the morning.

The manager I believe? Has a horrible attitude, thought we were fighting for a free order of hashbrowns?! We don’t need free food ?! Lol. We just wanted to know how many we ordered and had a question about it. Simply stating that we werent rung up for the hashbrowns would’ve been fine. We didn’t need the rudeness coming from her. The other workers were really nice, it was just the Indian manager/worker that was super out of line and rude. Take my word and stay at Starbucks or ANY other coffee place, they know how to treat there customers.

Forgot I was at Dunkin and decided to ask a question!! The Indian manger/worker is super mean and rude. We asked for 3 hashbrown orders and only got 2. We didn’t know we were only rung up for 2 so we just ASKED and she got a horrible attitude. We aren’t cheap people and don’t mind paying for them, we weren’t asking for a free order? We don’t NEED a free order…Why would we want a free order? We just wanted to KNOW. Guess she didn’t understand that and decided to snap at us and be super rude.
