The person handling the drive thru was not only rude but she was rushing the line that she wouldn’t let me place my order with ease. I felt super rushed by her. when I pulled up to the window to pay she was complaining about the cars behind me and then proceeded to tell me she didn’t care about her attitude it was her last week there. She refused to scan my rewards card and didn’t even have my receipt available. I had to pull around to wait for my food and the young man who brought it out was like meh, no expression no thank you at all. terrible service all around!

I don’t understand all the bad reviews, they always make my coffee fast and even give buy one get one donuts at night. Love their avocado toast

The person taking orders at the drive thru this morning was professional and courteous. I ordered a plain bagel – toasted (but got an untoasted sesame bagel), with veggie cream cheese spread (but got plain cream cheese), a strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles and an extra large coffee with regular sugar, extra-extra creamer. The wait at the window to get the order was pretty long (more than 5 minutes), so I was disappointed when I saw that I didn’t receive what I asked for. My coffee was great and the donut was fresh.

Me and my friends respectfully asked for 3 seperate orders. The lady working that night asked us to wait for a second and after 5 minutes of silence we asked if she was still there and got no response. We relapped the building and made each order seperarely and recieved distainful looks and less than satisfactory service. On our final trip for the third order she redused us service and wouldnt respond when we asked why. We are very upset as we feel our actions did not warrant that response and are very unsatisfied with our dunkin service.

Terrible service. I ordered an ice coffee and bagel in drive thru a few minutes ago. They had me wait in the front a long time and didn’t give me a straw. When the girl came out to give me my bagel, I asked her kindly for a straw and she made me come inside. I wasn’t even mad about the wait time. After getting back to my car the coffee spilled eveywhere because there was a hole in the bottom. Definitely do not recommend giving this place any business.

Bought a dozen donuts for my co workers and two donuts for me. Really did not enjoy them. Very dry and lacked flavor. The two strawberry frosted I got..when I bit into one ..the sugar burned my gums. Gave the other one away
