Dont go to this Dunkin donuts location! Very horrible service they are all sneaky and protect one another there, and are highly unprofessional and rude and there code of conduct is ridiculous selfish and lazy! A woman with red hair and Hispanic was rude and mean and unfriendly and closed the drive thru doors on me before the store was supposed to close and I called the very next day about that incident and the employee on the phone was scary, unprofessional, and sneaky! They need an ENTIRELY new staff!

Unsanitary. Beware! I drove off realized I was given the wrong donut. Employee asked for my donut back placed it directly back on shelf. I explained I touched the donut she did not care. Said it was ok…Also my coffee was terrible not fresh…had an after taste. I will never purchase from this restaurant again advise others not to as well!

First mistake was to go in, because they’ll give all their attention to drive through anyway. Then as I’m waiting in line one of the workers started arguing with the manager and (I’m assuming his wife) the drive through lady, because they’re not communicating with her on orders only themselves, and not speaking English to do so. She also started swearing at them insisting that they’re also talking about her too. The manager just says she can leave if she’s not happy, she decided ok, of course she does so right before it was supposed to be my turn. I started to walk out. She turned around and apologized to me saying it wasn’t my fault, took my order and my payment, then walked out herself. All I ordered was a sandwich, hash browns and an iced coffee. Me and 4 other people inside watched as drive through was taken care of for almost 15 minutes straight with not one thing of ours up. The one guy was already waiting when I walked in, when I noticed this, that’s when I said something. That’s of course when all our orders are finally checked. When I finally did get mine I walked to my car so fast, because I was running a bit behind now for work. Coffee was perfect, however when I was able to get to my food, I was beyond upset. The hash browns weren’t even there, and the sandwich wasn’t even made right. Bread untoasted the eggs and bacon just barely cooked, and the cheese slice was too small to even count. I will not be returning to this location again, I will go to the other one past my work instead!

Not sure what happened here. The bacon is now burnt, the avocado toast tastes old, my coffee is always wrong and the person in the drive thru is usually unhelpful, the portions are also shrinking. I’ve started going back to my tried and true Panerai but I wish dunkin would get it back together.
