I have come to this Dunkin donuts for the past 5 years everyday in order the same drink. Today I only got two thirds of my drink. When I went inside and asked them to correct it, the guy told me that “he made the drink and they are not allowed to give out full drinks to customers it’s a rule ” I nicely asked him to fix it and I told him I always get a full drink everyday when I come there, so he finally took it in the back and honestly it looked like he added a pump of cream and handed it back to me… disgusting and a HUGE OSHA HEALTH ISSUE!

Website says it opens at 4am. Get there at 4:30 and not open. Waited till 5am and employees pull up smelling of pot. Asked what time they open, he says 5am. I wait another 20 minutes and still not open. Walk to drive through and said, “I thought you open at 5”. He said, nt the lobby “. Puts my mom’s donuts in a BAG so when I get home they’re stuck together and one short. Real nice MOTHER’S DAY so far.

They keep giving me watered down coffee and none of my flavoring then one girl gets mad and talks smack in another language so I can’t understand her. Not going back again. This happened twice and I’m legit nice and order ahead. No excuse for the behavior.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this location and order coffee, the person at the drive-thru window puts their hands over the top of the cup, after taking dirty money. Today, I finally said something. I asked for another lid and he gladly handed it to me, but he STILL handed it to me with his hand over the lid. I said, “Could you please not put your hand over the lid where my mouth is going to go after you’ve been touching dirty money.” His response? “I’m not, besides there is a cover over the opening.” Really? My mouth is that small? Never getting coffee from this location again after that. I will take my business elsewhere. If you are wondering why germs, sickness and even COVID get spread, go through this drive-thru and you’re sure to catch something. Yuck!

they always get my order wrong. the first incorrect order was they forgot my doughnut ☹️. the second time they forgot my hot chocolate. then i when i ordered another hot chocolate it was WATERY. then i ordered a croissant, and it was burned. all of this happened in the span of two weeks
