I’ve been ordering from this location almost daily for some time now and I’ve been having a much different experience than what I’m reading in the comments . I always receive exceptional customer service . This is by far my favorite location in the lisle/Naperville area . Yesterday I ordered the everything bagel with turkey sausage , egg, and cheese and it was delicious! Also had trouble with my online order and a guy helped me out at the window. Other locations wouldn’t have extended that courtesy.

The sign showed the breakfast sandwich for $3. I ordered a $7 latte. For 2 breakfast sandwiches and one lge latte it was $20. When I asked the employees said it’s just with a coffee purchase the decrease in cost of the sandwiches. How does that make sense? I could’ve bought a $3 coffee in order to get a $3 breakfast sandwich. Maybe outline the rules on your menu. The employees were rude when I inquired.

A tail of two Dunkins. A half mile west on Ogden there is a Dunkin that always has a huge drive thru line. And this Dunkin’ does not. Why would that be? Why would someone wait? Well because this Dunkin messes up orders and seemingly can’t put a donut in a bag. (See picture. And yes the frosting all came off with the paper) It’s not a one off thing. It’s surprising when they don’t screw something up. And so I’ll be going back to wait in line at the other one.

Paid over $6 for medium iced coffee and bagel with cream cheese. Seems high considering I pay under $5 at the DD down the road in Naperville. Also wondering now if they put sugar in the coffee or if it is syrup. Also there was barley any cream cheese on the bagel definitely never stopping here again!

I’ve been here twice (drive thru) since I moved to the neighborhood and the first time they said they were out of all donuts. Just tried again and they only had maple or old fashioned. The refreshers also taste horrible.

This is my neighborhoods DD,. I LOVE their (Hot)Coffee I Visit often,perhaps ‘monthy?’ & EVERYTiME I order I HAVE TO ALWAYS ASK FOR a NAPKiN!!?!… no matter what I order. I Think whenever a CUSTOMER orders anything to EAT OR DRINK, the establishment SHoULD AUTOMATiCally GIVE the Customer a napkin.
