Be sure to check your order. My order was total screwed up. Didn’t realize it until I was well down the road. If the employees spent less time talking and payed attention to what’s actually being ordered it would be appreciated. Been to this one many times with no problem. But with this bad of a screw up I will definitely not go back.

AMAZING SERVICE!! Everyone was so nice and worked so hard. Coffee was amazing and warm. People should stop writing bad reviews when they don’t know anything about coffee. It’s supposed to taste bitter. For example cold brew by itself tastes bitter unless you add something to it and in cold drinks if you ask for sugar they are automatically going to put liquid sugar because it’s meant for cold drinks. People should be quiet it they don’t have anything nice to say.

Cold brew nasty bitter, I have had many like 1,000 mostly good this one really bad. I asked for something else she did not ablige suggested more sugar I noticed she using liquid sugar maybe that’s why I don’t use that, I just said sugar she is not listening to customer add-ons correctly. Disappointed in worker lake of empathy to correctly resolve the problem. Taste horrible. She said was fresh h’mmm

I have seen this place have rude workers but today everyone was very friendly and fast. I think they are hopefully getting their stuff together and fixed. Today was the best customer service I have received since moving to the town one year ago. It was so pleasant so I think they deserve a good review!

Decided to come here to get coffee instead of Starbucks, waited 20 mins in the drive thru trying to get a workers attention so we can order, just kept hearing giggling from the workers on the other side of the mic, so decided to just go inside and order instead, workers were laughing and talking about a car waiting in the drive thru for 20 mins. Honestly Ridiculous & unprofessional. Never would have waited 20 mins when the 2 older ladies were there.
