The other bagel sandwhich was even more burnt, and my friend just went without breakfast as it wasn’t edible. The part that gets me the most is you knew it was messed up before you wrapped it, and you still gave us both sandwiches. Disappointed.

Stopped in to grab the new chocolate caramel coffee wife, and niece got Frappuccinos waited in the front for a minute or 2 before I yelled hello, person working there could not of looked more put out. We ordered our coffees mine did not taste like 1 I got at another location my wife tasted hers and could not taste the Carmel at all, my niece said hers did not have a chocolate flavor, my wife went in and asked for 1 to be made again with the caramel, she told me it was nasty, I tried it, I love a good coffee that was likely the worst effort I’ve ever tasted. I am not sure why we went there because it is never a good experience. That is definitely the last time we will visit that spot.

Crew is short-staffed. Lobby & restrooms could be cleaned up a bit. Just a few staff working and drive thru was busy. However…5 stars for the sourdough bacon sandwich and Boston cream! Gotta try the Avocado & roasted tomato toast! All kinds of drinks available including Borden chocolate milk! Baskin Robbins ice cream flavors, too! Service was great and staff appreciated our patience.

First off, this is both a Dunkin’ donuts and a Baskin-Robbins . This visit we were getting ice cream . The service was great! My grandson has a peanut allergy, and the lady at the counter knew exactly which items were peanut free. I always thought I would never be able to bring him to a Baskin-Robbins. And I appreciate the fact that she was knowledgeable. I’m so excited that I will be able to bring him for ice cream, because Baskin-Robbins has my favorite ice cream in the world!

Okay so they forgot things in her order, I don’t think they know what sweet tea is, their breakfast tacos are not great tasting anyway, and their black pepper bacon sandwich or something is missing the black pepper. Sloppily thrown together like they were super busy but you were literally the only people there. I just don’t know if I would go back here ever.

This place is always (I went 4 separate times) out of popular donuts at 7am. 7am!! They throw away the donuts they don’t sell. Why not stop making so many of those and focus on the popular donuts you won’t have to waste?!?

Inventory was extremely low for donuts. Since they close at 10 pm, early afternoon for donuts is not unreasonable. It’s in their name. I would expect you to have donuts.

I went to this location to redeem some of my points and it wasn’t good. She scanned my app and my drink wasn’t free so I ended up paying but yet my points were gone. She wasn’t very knowledgeable and wasn’t willing to help. My drink was also made incorrectly as well. I wasn’t gonna turn around and go back.
