Bought dozen donuts which had mold underneath. Called about it and the manager said “Not likely” so I threw them out into the trash. As long as I’ve been coming here over the years some of their donuts were questionable but this time I couldn’t take the mold episode. Won’t be coming back. Also I contacted corporate and in return I get an email from some guy out of Utah who works out of Sizzling Platter um ok so what’s this guy got to do with anything? It’s a joke.

Coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts is always good the Apple Fritter that my wife had was really small and tasted burnt. My maple donut was really dried out like is had been out all day. On the upside of things customer service was great. It is nice that they are actually staying open their posted hours now.

I loved Dunkin Donuts growing up, but I have not darkened the door of one for probably twenty years as their recipes changed and, across the board, their quality fell. I recently moved to Las Cruces and thought I’d try the DD here for just a couple of donuts this morning. The staff treated me fine, but the display of donuts was messy and had papers obscuring some of it. There were several standard types missing, like glazed Bavarian cream and plain white frosted. I got two others to take home, which was less than five minutes away–and both were tough and stale. This was at 10am. Not early but not late enough for these to be that stale. In fact, they should always be fresh and never sold old.

Usually this Dunkin is great and the employees here are great. But today when I went through the drive thru I was interrupted in the middle of my order two times. When I got my order I didn’t get my receipt and he shut the window as soon as he handed me my order. His name is Xavier and he should not be taking orders if he treats customers this way. I like to tip the workers at coffee shops, so I’ll go to other Dunkin’s where they deserved to be tipped. My coffee and food item were great. Too bad one guy ruins the experience..

Donuts look like they have no heart put into them, boston creme had one dab of chocolate on it. Strawberry glazed was lke that too. Girl was rude and I absolute hate it when they wont give me what I buy until I hand them my money. Not going to take a chance with a criminal record dtiving away with half a dozen donuts! Place needs to step it up, no wonder there wasnt nobody in the drive thru line.
